Punta Cana Dominican Republic

We came home today after amazing week at Club Med Punta Cana as a family group of 10 adults and 7 children. We stayed at the Tiara section of the Exclusive Collection, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered incredible sea views.

What made our stay truly exceptional was the outstanding kindness and warmth of the Tiara staff—barmen, beach service, managers—everyone was always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Cristel, Benjamin, and Yves Junior, as well as the whole team, who were always attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience.

We really enjoyed the restaurants, and one of the highlights of our trip was a beautiful family boat outing—an unforgettable moment. The kids didn’t attend the Mini Club as they don’t get to see their cousins often, so we chose to spend that time all together. They absolutely loved the water park, and my 5-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the 9 pm dance parties and was sad that she didn’t get to say goodbye to « You-You the magicien » as she called him.

In short, it was an unforgettable family vacation. We’ll cherish the memories and hope to be back soon!

We had our Family vacation (2 kids 5 adults) to celebrate a milestone birthday. We were welcomed with big smiles and happily embraced into the CM family.
The shows!!! My two fav shows were Ruby and ask the Circus acts (it's practically Cirque du Soleil!!) The kids and I loved the circus during the day, kayaking and sailing were awesome in the waters of CM PC .... The beaches are maintained beautifully! We swam everyday in the ocean and ended our day at the pool.
While the kids played water polo other pool games with other kids I played pickle and bar games. Yoga at 8 was beautiful and relaxing and always in French. Beach Service is great ;)
Thank you Sam 🍾 for all the added 'extras'--we felt extra special our ENTIRE stay. My water bottle was enough but you went further and thank you. We will DEFINITELY be back next year!!

We ate glutenously by Chef Antonio's and chef Luis' meals of Indigo, and cared for by Danielli, Juan Pablo, Adriane and the entire team of indigo before and after dinner at indigo.
Club Med Punta Cana is old-school CM ❤️

Our stay was made very special because of a couple incredible Go’s. First of all Youyou and Eva who are really nice and down to earth. Youyou entertained us really well and made us feel the club med vibe! Duda was also really nice and funny. Miguel was really funny and down to earth aswell! Because of them we have felt the ambiance of club med. Without them it would have felt really empty!

Zen pool and aqua park are really amazing. The big choice of activities and accommodations makes it worthwhile.

However because of the construction there were a lot of restrictions. The evenings got boring quick, since the Dj’s playlist only french rap of 2013 and the same every night! The go’s dominican were really annoying. They bothered a lot of girls (18+) just for drinks, and they didnt give up! Even if they knew we were uncomfortable they didnt care. (Not all dominican Go’s, there are 3 weird ones).

My husband and I decided to take our three children to Punta Cana because on our honeymoon there we found the people to be kind and lovely and the food delicious. This absolutely is the case at Club Med Punta Cana, where our kids loved the high quality fun activities.

I enjoyed many days of excellent yoga and aqua yoga. I learned how to sail a two person boat thanks to Roberto’s clear and patient instruction. Jorge, the golf pro, corrected my ten-year’s rusty golf swim expertly, which felt good. The entire nautical team, JoJo, Danni, and Sheriff were very helpful: we had a fun day kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling as a family, and our kids loved sailing with them with the miniclub.

What blew me away was how attentive and engaged the miniclub GO’s are. Vero is truly happy to care and she cared for our three kids as if they were her own. She was warm and friendly with them and very helpful to me. Banana gave our boys fun nicknames. Ralph and Davidson were attentive to my wishes. Jeffson and John were also fun and kind to our children. The entire team was accommodating of my requests and preferences, and they remained off their phones while with the kids, had they not our kids would have missed out on the sailing, circus school and daily soccer games they looked forward to.

It was a delight to see how excited the chefs were to share the special dishes each night. And so many of the servers and kitchen workers were so very helpful. Danielyus was super kind and patient with our kids. One chef brought my special order to my table.

There is a ton of seaweed on the beach these days, which is a bummer, and the music is a bit to loud for my taste, but I am told this will change once the renovations are completed this Fall. However, overall, the value of what is included (everything) and the quality of service can not be beat.
