Back home, we would like to thank you all for having made our stay so special. We keep loads of memories, happy and fun shared moments for which we are so grateful to you all.

First, we would like to wish Jose Luis a good recovery and thank him for his presence and dedication.

On arrival, we were met by Heejae who set the tone with her good energy. We then met Vitaa, with her wonderful fluency in French. It was a real pleasure seeing you both and chatting with you throughout our time at the club.

The resort is beautiful and clean, with a stunning private beach with crystal-clear waters that gives paradise vibes.

Thank you for your kindness, for all the wonderful moments you shared with us, and for always being there, every day and night after night. You made us laugh so much and constantly amazed us with your many talents, whether as a magician, entertainer, dancer, or on the mic. You always knew how to bring energy and fun wherever you were, bringing people together and creating such a great atmosphere, especially during the shows and parties. We also really appreciated you taking the time to share meals with us and even teaching us the basics of Mahjong! Those little moments meant a lot to us and made our stay even more special.
We are already looking forward to seeing you again in Phuket. And finally, thank you once again for the thoughtful gesture when we left.

It was a real pleasure to chat with you and get to know you over the evenings together. Thank you for all the laughter and for letting us discover your singing talents on our last night. Your personality really made an impression on us and touched our hearts. We will not forget these moments. We wish you all the best! Victoria hopes to get to play tennis with you if we meet again.

Your DJ skills allowed Victoria to “dance the night away” with joy and enthusiasm! Your gentle and sweet presence really touched us. We were also very touched that you came to say goodbye to us on the day of our departure, it was moving sharing that emotional moment with you... We wish you all the best for the rest of your adventure in Borneo and hope to see you again.
Victoria was especially happy to have had Noor by her side on the dance floor every night, thank you for staying late at night with her, she really appreciated it.

You were always there too, and we shared so many good laughs, evening after evening. Zizou is missing you…

Thank you for the pickleball lesson, which allowed us to discover a new activity in good spirits!
Lune
Your valuable advice, patience, and kindness gave me confidence during our golf lessons. We started from scratch, but you helped with relevant support. It was also a great pleasure to share a few meals with you and chat when coming upon you in the club.
Jamal
We do congratulate you on your outstanding circus and dancing performances, and your talent as show maker. This is the second time we have met at a club… Good things come in threes!
Batu
We would like to thank Batu who was always appearing from anywhere to have a great chat with us. You are a sweet and kind person whom we were glad to meet every day and at every party in the club!

We also really enjoyed the Yin Yoga classes, which were very professional and have liked Edo’s stretching class.

And of course…The food team
A big thank you to the entire kitchen staff for the delicious meals, day after day. Chef Asim went out of his way to please us. The lobsters, chili crab and the Wagyu beef were amazing. And Ravi, Benz, Ashkay and Arun were always there for us.

It was also a real pleasure to head to the barista station after lunch for the outstanding espressos Ari made for us as well as a tasty matcha to my daughter every single day (her best way to start her day)… My coffee at home tastes so poor now! And on top of that, you can sing! Thank you for your kindness and for making every coffee break at your counter such a pleasure.

I just wanted to thank you all for these incredible 10 days I had the chance to spend with you. You truly made my trip so much more special. I shared so many amazing moments with you. I laughed to tears, danced with you, and made memories that I will never forget. I’ll carry all of you in my heart forever.

After visiting in June, we returned largely for Byan Roger's tennis lessons. I can see my child's tennis skills improved just in 4 days. My husband also enjoyed his golf lessons from Richard, Lune & Aymann. My child liked her climbing sessions with Matthew & Kawi. The whole family enjoyed the drinks prepared by Ari, Wisnu & Roi from the coffee bar. For F&B team, we are grateful of Arun's help to arrange a nice table setting for my child's special occassion. I would also like to thank Tiara for her kind help to locate my child's lost item. The food in the restaurants is all nicely prepared. We repeatedly went for the Indian cuisine for the food prepared by David & Rajeev. After knowing our particular preference, they even went out of their way to prepare something for us. We enjoy our trip so much that we will definitely return for the third visit! Two suggestions: (1) have more different sport classes for adults in morning, (2) fix the toys / equipment in the newly opened family hub. There isn't much supervision in the family hub so many kids broke the toys with no regards.

Thank you infinitely to José Luis and his entire team for an incredible vacation! The service was impeccable from start to finish. The room was perfect, the cleanliness throughout the resort was exceptional, and the restaurants were amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The beach is also wonderful! Beautiful and so relaxing. And I cannot forget about the Spa ; amazing treatments and great prices. Huge thank you to the boutique team as well for their help and assistance. I had an incredible stay and I will definitely be back! Finally, thank you to Dany and Kaya for making this vacation so special🫶🏻

Our first time to a club med resort and the experience was fantastic. GO’s Ploy and Moe were amazing in helping our young toddler (2+yo) feel comfortable and entertained for 2 whole days. He had so much fun he wanted to go back for a third day. We had a great time playing all the sports we could not with a toddler in tow. What an amazing experience, we will definitely be back in the near future!
