Un séjour magique !

De retour d’une semaine fantastique à Cefalu. Le site est magnifique, très bien entretenu et tout est fait pour que la zenitude et le bien-être règnent tout au long du séjour.
Le chef du village et son équipe de GO sont parfaits. Toujours à l’écoute, bienveillants et disponibles, n’hésitant pas à prendre du temps pour discuter. Mention spéciale à Faustine, coach Fitness. Ses cours de sport sont d’une très grande qualité.
Et que dire de la restauration ! Un régal. Il est vrai cependant qu’un petit descriptif devant les plats au buffet, serait le bienvenu.
Une chose est sûre, le temps s’arrête à Cefalu et on a qu’une envie, c’est d’y retourner !
Club bien placé. Equipe GO et son chef de village super. L'équipe des excursions est extraordinaire(un grand merci à Francesco et Elisabeth qui rayonnent par leur bonne humeur et leur disponibilité). Les équipes de restauration et de ménage sont très efficaces et disponibles pour nos demandes et attentes. Par contre, il serait super sympa de faire des toutes petites pancartes pour annoncer les plats. Le club est très beau mais il ne vaut pas un 5 tridents. Echanges avec les GM qui regrettent l'absence du cadeau de bienvenue (50 euros offerts ne font pas l'unanimité) et le petit mot de bienvenue dans les chambres absents Manque aussi des spectacles le soir. Certains club 4 tridents sont tout aussi bien (emplacement et confort). Pour terminer, je réitère un grand merci à toutes les équipes qui restent bien dans l'esprit club med avec toujours leur bonne humeur, leur amabilité et leur disponibilité.

Ho soggiornato in questo fantastico resort con la mia compagna, è stata un’enorme sorpresa ed un piacere incontrare nuovamente Luca Di Noia, un super sport manager nella gestione della sua squadra. Sempre tutti gentili e sorridenti, ma soprattutto una squadra con il cuore. Bravi ragazzi!
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto piacevole in un posto incantevole. Struttura molto pulita completa di tutti i confort con personale attento e disponibile. Complimenti al responsabile sport manager Luca Di Noia persona seria, simpatica e competente.
Semaine fabuleuse dans ce magnifique village du sud de l'Italie Sicile première fois à Cefalù je le recommande vivement, equipe Exceptionnel,Service au restaurant Riva très bon, avec Giuseppe toujours sympathique et serviable, poli et respectueux, restaurant Palazzo bon service, Bonne animation, Je le recommande, nous reviendrons
