From the moment we stepped into Club Med we felt welcomed. Our GO’s Anabel Proulx, Annabel, Maria, and Aglae were incredible - a special shoutout to Anabel who made us feel at home and like we were real friends. The food was delicious and the vibes were high! Thank you for our first vacation away from our baby and giving us a vacation to remember.

We had an unforgettable experience, and so much of it was thanks to the incredible staff.

A huge thank you to Leo from the sports team. From day one, he made us feel completely at home. He treated us like family, and by the end of our stay, he truly felt like our bestfriend. His kindness and positivity made all the difference.

Another thank you to kian from the water sports team. Very funny guy too. He was always welcoming, fun, and made us feel like part of the family.

And thank you to Abhi. You made us feel so appreciated, and we always had an amazing time because of him.

Thank you, Leo, Kian, and Abhi, for making this trip so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing all inclusive resort; the employee are all so sweet and you can really feel the club med vibe bringing everybody together. The restaurent were amazing, the food was always diverse and never too repetitive with a good choice of different alcool all included. A special thanks to abhi that gave us the warmest welcome and booked us some night at some amazing restaurent in the resort and he always made sure to pass by to say hello. Another thanks too Leo and Kian from the water sport team that really made us feel like we were home. Adonys was litterly the best bartender ever; he made really good drink while always be smiling and super fun. I highly recommend this stay, good vibe and amazing time.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, so there was always something to enjoy. One of the highlights of our trip was the nightly entertainment. The shows were excellent and gave us something to look forward to every evening.
What made this trip even better was the amazing Go’s.Both Leo and Kian from water sports did an amazing job at making us feel so welcomed. They stayed with us through out the whole week. They even joined us in our activities such as volleyball and dancing after the shows. Without these two our vacation definitely wouldn’t of been the same.
The food and beverage manger Abhi was also amazing. He got us reservations to two of the best restaurants and always asked if we needed anything. He always was very sweet and made sure we were enjoying our stay
Dahiana from the bar was also great! Made great drinks and was always smiling too! She came up to us a lot and made sure we were having a good time.
Kenzi from circus was also amazing! She did great in the shows and also was very helpful with the trapeze. She always had a positive attitude and kept smiling too!
If you go to this club med I highly recommend these Go’s they will make your stay better!
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation.

One of the very best holidays we have ever had. From the moment we arrived and were taken to our stunning suites we thought we had arrived in paradise.
First the suites with their own pools on the beach front were everything we could have wished for. We headed off to the bar to meet the friendly bar staff who made the best cocktails and kept our champagne glass full. Special thanks to Felix! We made our way up to dinner and enjoyed the best options of vegan salads, mains and puddings. For 2 vegans and 1 vegetarian it was perfect. Thank you Victor with you joyful smile for looking after us,
The zen pool was wonderful with the fresh detox smoothies at the bar and relaxed seating.
The beach was long with lots of loungers in an out of the shade. Big thanks to the water sports team. A great group of guys, who made water sports enjoyable and kept us entertained on the beach.
Harrison was a chef de village who cared for all, British included which is not always the case. Had time to stop and chat to a me and my two daughters. Loved his speech at the gold member party. Concise and to the point, the perfect host and a select party.
Most of all our thanks go to some of the GO's. This was the second time we met Mich. Wonderful Mexican full of warmth and good humour, so welcoming and a great double act with Manu. Praise to Mich for organising such efficient transport to and from Punta Cana. Thanks to Alejandro (also the second time to meet him) and Manu for their care and attention to our stay on the archipelago. They all went way above the usual GO attention. We all felt pampered and truly spoilt. Thank you!!
Who knows in Clud Med world we may meet them again... Fingers crossed for South Africa next year.
