Our family of three had an incredible 5-day stay at Club Med Québec. The resort is in a beautiful, picturesque location, and we loved the wellness activities and the amazing spa services.

Our daughter had the best time at the Baby/Petit Club. A huge thank you to Lilou, Kiliane, Léa, Kassandra, Roxane, and Catherine for taking such wonderful care of her and making her stay so special. The entire team was caring, attentive, and truly exceptional.

We highly recommend Club Med Québec for families and will absolutely be back!

Our stay at Club Med Charlevoix was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt welcomed, cared for, and truly able to disconnect from the stresses of everyday life.

The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is peaceful, and everything is beautifully maintained. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, with an incredible variety and exceptional quality. We were also celebrating my husband's birthday, and the birthday cake prepared for him was absolutely delicious and made the occasion even more special.

What truly made this vacation unforgettable, however, were the incredible people we had the pleasure of meeting.

A very special thank you to the amazing GO Team—Anthony, Juliette, and Assiatou. We had the pleasure of sharing a meal together, and what started as dinner quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you for your warmth, your laughter, your genuine conversations, and for making us feel like friends rather than guests. You each helped create memories that we will cherish for years to come.

We would also like to thank the wonderful team at the Exclusive Collection Club. Benjamin and William crafted some of the best cocktails we've ever had and always welcomed us with a smile. Their attention to detail and friendly personalities made every visit something to look forward to.

A heartfelt thank you to the concierge team, especially Marion and Jaime, as well as the other concierge whose name, unfortunately, escapes us. You treated us like family from the very beginning. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care never went unnoticed, and you made us feel completely at home throughout our stay.

We were also fortunate enough to spend time with Jessi from Reception. Thank you for your kindness and for sharing your experiences with us. We learned so much from our conversations, and it was a pleasure getting to know you.

Finally, a very special thank you to Maria, the manager of Le Marché. Your leadership was evident in every aspect of the dining experience. You always took the time to greet guests with a smile, ensured everything ran seamlessly, and made everyone feel welcome. Your passion for hospitality truly shines through.

Every member of the team we encountered contributed to making our stay unforgettable. It's rare to find a resort where the people leave as much of an impression as the destination itself, but Club Med Charlevoix has accomplished exactly that.

We returned home feeling rested, recharged, and already planning our next Club Med vacation. Thank you to everyone who made our anniversary getaway and Connor's birthday so incredibly special. We cannot wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived, Nate seemed to be everywhere! In the mornings, he was serving drinks with a smile, then later we’d see him on stage singing or dancing and getting everyone involved. One day, he even dressed up as Thor and took pictures with my child, which absolutely made their vacation!

At night, there he was again behind the bar, still energetic and making incredible drinks. I finally had to ask him, “How are you always here?” He just smiled and said, “I love what I do.” And honestly, it shows.

People like Nate are what make a vacation unforgettable. His energy, kindness, and passion are contagious, and he made every part of our stay more special. Thank you, Nate, for making our family feel so welcome and for creating memories we’ll never forget!
