His coaching, rooted in his vibrant Club Med upbringing and the dynamic play tennis!™ methodology, creates an effective learning environment for players of all levels.

Born into the multicultural heart of Club Med in Mauritius, with a French Chef de Village father and a Japanese tennis G.O. mother, Frédéric's fluency in French, Japanese, and English enriches his coaching approach.

Frédéric's dynamic play tennis!™ methodology prioritizes positive energy and athletic enjoyment to effectively teach modern tennis concepts and techniques. By fostering a state of "flow," students learn naturally and instinctively. His progressive approach uses structured drills, varied exercises, and game scenarios with balanced feedback to develop well-rounded players with a positive mindset. Sessions conclude with tailored cardio or match play.
