服务很棒，便退款客服团队不行，已经明确只要我签了提前离店证明，可以给我安排把未消费的金额退至我的club med账户，但退店时却不办理

Super ! C’est un endroit parfait pour aller en familles pour les vacances on repart toujours avec d’excellents souvenirs. Les cours de ski sont bien et les enfants apprennent très vite ! Mes enfants y sont allés et ont adoré les pistes et les repas !

大家都很热情，活动很丰富，GO们都很尽责，特别是礼品店的Vivian，在首天到村就给予了很多协助，，小朋友的Mini club也照顾得很好，小朋友也都兴奋的想再来访，值得再来的好地方

【轻松愉快的亲子假期体验】

带孩子来Club Med度假，最惊喜的是迷你俱乐部的安排。活动丰富但节奏舒适，小朋友可以自由选择手工、游戏或户外运动，G.O们细心又有耐心，能引导孩子融入集体，还能关注到饮食和作息细节。

作为家长终于不用全程“待命”，白天能安心享受自己的活动，傍晚再和孩子分享各自的趣事。设施安全，分龄设计合理，整体氛围轻松，是很省心的亲子游选择。推荐给想兼顾带娃和休息的家庭～

连续第五年在CLUB MED 渡过愉快而难忘的滑雪季！

这是我们第五次在东北club med享受亲子滑雪度假季，前三次在亚布力，2023年冬季跟着Jason 教练转战北大湖。Jason 教练细致耐心又专业，孩子们都特别喜欢他。孩子跟随Jason 教练，四年来滑雪自信心和技能逐步提升，已滑过北大湖几乎所有黑道。这次在北大湖还很幸运地认识了餐饮主管 Roger, 热情贴心地照顾到我们的餐饮需求，甚至特地去镇上采购 卤牛肉，还每天安排我们心心念念想品尝的菜肴。在此特别向Jason 教练和Roger 主管致谢！

Vaccinations and preventive treatments...
It is your responsibility to check the necessary formalities before leaving for your holiday.

Vaccinations recommended:
Diphteria
Polio
Tetanus
Hepatitis A and B
Typhoid
Yellow fever (this vaccination is mandatory if you arrive in China from an area where yellow fever is endemic).

Meningitis A & C is recommended for regions closed to Mongolia.
Rabies and japanese encephalitus.

As a preventive measure against bird flu, we recommend you avoid visting bird markets and zoos.
