Our first Club Med, and the team made it unforgettable! Coco welcomed us warmly on arrival, and Angel, Kelvin, Beverly, and Harry joined us for dinner over two nights, filling our evenings with laughs and great company. Beverly’s yoga class was a bright start to the day—patient, encouraging, and full of positive energy.

We also loved meeting Roi from the Beach Bar, Visnu from Panorama, and the friendly Taiwanese trapeze GO. Spa bliss thanks to Nanda, Ketut, and Atika, with the serene sea-facing rest area afterward.

Rainy weather aside, the team’s warmth made the trip truly memorable. Can’t wait to return! 🌴

This was our first time at Club Med Bintan, and it truly exceeded all expectations! I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire Club Med Bintan team for making our 4D3N stay such a wonderful and memorable experience.

A very special thank you to the amazing Mini Club team — Rere, Syasya, Yulia, Kimi, Husen, Kelvin, Angel, Zan, Garfield, Danial, Dimas, Wood, and Vera — for taking such great care of my daughter, Leia. Because of their warmth, patience, and attentiveness, I was able to fully enjoy various activities and completely relax. Knowing she was in such good hands gave me peace of mind throughout our stay.

I also want to extend my appreciation to Ms. Beverly, the aerial yoga instructor. She is incredibly experienced, gives clear and thoughtful instructions, and even went the extra mile to help capture beautiful photos of me during the class. Thanks to her, the session was both enjoyable and unforgettable.

From aerial yoga, golf, archery, wall climbing, and more — every activity was fun and well-organised. The team here truly feels like a family. Their nightly shows were full of effort, energy, and heart, and we felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived.

My daughter and I had an unforgettable experience, and we are already looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you, Club Med Bintan, for giving us such a perfect holiday!

This is our 6th visit to Club Med Bintan in 3 years and we just can’t have enough of it. The special attentions we are getting as Gold members are the most remarkable and thoughtful ones starting with our favourite table for breakfast every day.
I loved practicing golf with Moshe and Abdoulay in the morning. They gently correct my bad habits which sets for a perfect practice before playing at Ria Bintan.
The kids club takes so great care of our little ones, even my 8 yo son had a great time despite coming with a broken arm.
Our special kudos to all the team there: Zan, Wood, Yulia, Rere (our daughter loves you so much, keep rocking!), Syasya (always remembers us, thank you), Kimi, Dimas, Husen, Angel, Danial, Kevin, Garfield (thanks for looking after the kids over time so we could finish our golf session!), Vera.
The aerial yoga classes cater for every levels, the food and cocktails are incredible but above all it’s the staff led by Julien, who is the most hospitable we have ever seen.
Congratulations to all for making our stay a wonderful one times and times again. We’ll be back for more!

This is my second family holiday trip in Club Med Bintan. Amazing time with G.O team event from other club Med that came for holiday. Especially would mention to Nan, Bankz, Garfield, Riko, Vera, Nanda and more G.O team to make my trip with remarkably. Wish to be back again.
