Bintan Island Indonesia

I had an amazing experience at Club Med Bintan. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive — they really made me feel at home. The resort itself is beautiful, with well-kept grounds, a clean beach, and plenty of space to relax or join in the many activities available.

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of international and local dishes that changed daily. The chefs and restaurant staff were always cheerful and helpful. I also appreciated how well-organized everything was, from the activities to the evening entertainment.

A special mention to the G.O. team — their energy and hospitality truly made the stay memorable. Whether it was sports, shows, or just casual chats, they made every moment enjoyable.

Overall, it was a wonderful getaway filled with great people, good food, and a beautiful setting. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

We honestly had the best experience at Club Med Bintan. From the incredibly helpful resort staff, everyone in the kids club, the food, drinks and entertainment were all 10/10. The pool and the beach were lovely and we loved the variety of activities, the shows and the parties at night. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely be back. We had a lovely stay! The meals at the restaurant were tasty as well. Our 2 year old Mia had a great time at the Petit Club with her wonderful carers Yulia, Danial, Vera and Rere. In fact all staff were amazing with keeping her engaged the entire stay. We’ll definitely be back in the near future

My 6 year old daughter and I just got back from a 5 days stay in Clubmed Bintan. Their service is excellent. Their food is super fantastic. Amenities is just perfect as they also have many inhouse activities for kids and adults besides water sports. Some experience to share and this will always be in my hearts when we think of Bintan.
Spa - I booked a spa session on the 2nd day. When I dropped my daughter off at the Mini Club, she could not settle because it was her first time with the teachers and other kids. I went back to the Spa counter and told them that I will not be going for my session. CHRIS attended to me and changed my appointment to the following day without any questions asked at no charge 🙏.
Mini Club - My girl had a tough time settling to the new faces in the club. Suddenly an angel appeared. Her name is ANGEL. I shared with Angel about my girl. I saw that Angel took so much effort to coax my girl. In 2 minutes they were best friends. My daughter talks about Angel everyday since. Not forgetting ZAN, KELVIN, HUSEN, RERE, SYASYA, VERA, GARFIELD, YULIA & WOOD. They were really incredible and patient with the kids. You could see the 100% they put in the job. On the way to the ferry terminal I asked my girl where should our next holiday be. Without thinking she said BINTAN and mentioned all the names above🫶.
F&B - This team is fantastic. MR RAVI, CHEF ASIM, CARLOS, BANK & SYARIF, I cant thank you enough for your hospitality during my meal time. They made sure I tried their speciality dishes and that my tummy is full before I leave the restaurant. Their team work is so strong. On the 4th day it was Pool Dinner Day. They started preparing the pool seatings and outdoor buffet line since 2pm. All.was seat. As we sat to start dinner at 630pm, it rained and rained heavily. As all the guest went to the bar for shelter the F&B team whipped out dinner for us in the restaurant in half an hour. Job well done guys 👏.
