Amazing family stay!
5/5 • 15/3/2025We stayed at Club Med Sahoro for 7 days in March, it was our first time and we loved it! The Chef de Village (Logan) and entire GO team is great (Liam, Stefan, Maxime, Keeley, Dodo, Lilian, Deri and all the others) really helped us and our kids in every way possible. Very nice rooms, ski in ski out location. The resort had good weather (mix of suynny days and snowy ones). Highly recommended!

First time at club med, good experience！
5/5 • 14/3/2025Stay club med Sahoro for six nites, enjoy the food and staff’s hospitality there. What impressed me most is my snowboarding instructor, Figo. Classmates and I really appreciated his patience and passion for teaching. We all love you, Figo! Thank you for what you have brought to us.

Great stay at Club Med Sahoro

We would like to thank all the amazing staff at the mini club, the energetic GM Logan, Ski shop manager Nicolas, and most of all our snowboard instructor Dan Li, who really improved our confidence by leaps and bounds, brought us out of our comfort zone, and really elevated the whole snowboarding experience for us. Club Med Sahoro: The Perfect Family Winter Escape & Ski +Snowboard Experience
5/5 • 13/3/2025Our family’s first trip to Hokkaido was unforgettable, and Club Med Sahoro exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the concierge team welcomed us warmly, assisting with our luggage and parking. Marina made the check-in process seamless, taking the time to explain the resort's amenities, activities, and programs.
A special mention to Logan, the Resort Manager, whose infectious positivity made our stay even better. We've visited several Club Med resorts, and Logan stood out as one of the best—always on the move and ensuring every guest felt welcome and comfortable. Huge congratulations to him on his promotion to Chef de Village!
The restaurant team, especially Liam, ensured our meals were consistently excellent. Jayden at the bar made fantastic cocktails, and Coco from the boutique was always cheerful and helpful, making shopping a delightful experience.
The highlight of our trip was definitely the ski and snowboard lessons. Charlie, our ski instructor, was amazing, guiding us with patience and care as we gained confidence on the slopes. My brother took snowboard lessons with Trevor, whose detailed feedback and personal attention helped him progress quickly and confidently. Trevor’s expertise made a huge difference in my brother’s skill and understanding of snowboarding.
The slopes at Club Med Sahoro were great, especially for beginners like us. The variety of slopes offered key learning experiences, and both ski and snowboard coaches took us to different slopes to maximize our learning.
Cleanliness was another standout. The entire resort was spotless, with no signs of poor hygiene anywhere. We were especially impressed with the ofuro (Japanese bath). Despite it always being busy, the water and surroundings were kept pristine. One small suggestion would be to have a larger Canadian outdoor bath, as only a handful of guests could enjoy it at a time.
In short, it was an amazing experience. We’re already planning to return and have been recommending Club Med Sahoro to friends and family for their next winter getaway!
