Had a bad experience with a couple of the instructors that turned me and my family off lessons. After reluctantly decided to give lessons another chance, I wasn't disappointed. Instructor Tamaki was extremely patient, funny and all around a good ski instructor. My last instructors made me fearful of one of the hills and when I panicked or cried, he waited and helped me calm down each time. I never once felt judged for being scared or needing a break down the slope. His teaching methods were also extremely effective. He'd give us all one thing to focus on and once we had mastered that, he'd add on a little more. All around, great teacher and guy. Thank you for saving my skiing experience Tamaki :)

Ski lessons I had were excellent. Namik, Alicia and Diego are great ski instructors. Resort staffs are very helpful and efficient. There are not many people so there is no need to queue for lifts and a gondola - love it. Slope conditions are also nice. Average temperature around - 5C, it was great skiing weather all week.

We had an awesome stay at Club Med Sahoro. The ski team was outstanding and truly made our experience unforgettable.
A huge thank you to Stefan, the Ski Director, along with his assistant directors Zsofi, Dan G, and Gus—every request we had was handled seamlessly and with genuine care.
The ski instructors were fantastic. Luca, Mercedes, KH, and Jardine went above and beyond in looking after my daughter, who joined the adult group lessons. They made sure she was supported, included, and well cared for at all times, which gave us great peace of mind.
We were also incredibly impressed by the wider instructor team: Manu, Felipe, Edu, Miguel, Figo, Max G, Will, Asgard, Harmony, Kitty, Emily, Daf, Ellie, Charlie, Grace, Alicia, and Stefano. Their professionalism, energy, and passion for skiing truly stood out and made every day on the slopes fun and memorable. Under their guidance, my wife and I were able to learn the skill of carving on a snowboard.
We would also like to extend a special thank you to the ski pro shop team, including Emily, Chris, Seth, Josh, Charles, Luke, Sam, and Maxime. They made the ski hire process for our daughter incredibly easy and were extremely helpful with waxing our snowboards and adjusting our bindings. Beyond their friendliness, their technical knowledge really stood out—especially their expertise in snowboard binding angles, which made a noticeable difference to our riding.
Last but not least, a heartfelt thank you to Haily, CDV of Sahoro. She is incredibly welcoming and has led the GO and GE teams with excellence and warmth.
An exceptional ski team and a truly wonderful experience—thank you, Club Med Sahoro. We can’t wait for our next Club Med adventure!

Club Med Sahoro was amazing in general - from the food and entertainment to the overall quality of ski lessons and gears. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment during my trip back in December!

I would also like to drop a special shoutout to Felipe, for being the most caring ski instructor on my last day, 24th Dec 25. He was incredibly patient with the entire Club 2 members for the day and constantly takes checkpoints to ensure that we were skiing down the slopes safely. When I shared my fear of heights, he made the extra effort to have me follow his trails for every run. His thoughtfulness was the highlight of the trip as I was able to slowly overcome my fear and enjoyed the slopes after all!

After a shocking day of lessons where the instructor took us on a slope my daughter clearly wasn't ready for before leaving her halfway down the slope in tears unsure how to get down I wasnt sure if she would want to ski ever again.

That was until she agreed to try lessonss again and we lucked out by getting Tamaki as the group instructor.

He was absolutely fantastic, he provides just enough technical feedback to help you improve without overloading you with too much information.

Hr manages to push you outside of your comfort zone without making you feel uneasy about it and before we knew it we were skiiing down slopes with ease.

My daughter refused to do lessons with anyone else.
