+Professional ski instructor-my most satisfied experience in this trip is my ski instructor Paul who lead beginner class. He can remember everyone name after 1st class, and he is my hero on that particular week 😂
-Food variety, ok but not impressive, dessert not as expected
-Europe standard hotel, no amenities provided, no room slippers
-Transportation- our flight delay the driver wait for us in the airport, drive safely. But during check out, there's snow storm as known, receptionist told us they were experience to handle such situation, no need to arrange our transportation earlier. End up we didn't managed to catch up our flight and stay additional night at clubmed.

A fantastic location with a dream team! The resort is wonderful and the whole team is so kind and friendly, always willing to help with a smile.

The location is stunning, right in the middle of the French Alps. The team is very helpful and kind, particularly the team taking care of kids. You have activities for all family and the quality is excellent. We really spent a great time.

Perfect location; great amenities; wonderful service and a fabulous experience. The kids club is stand out. Food is always good. Activities within the resort means time flies and you really feel by the end that you have had a break away. Well done to all the club med team.

We had a wonderful vacation in La Rosier with three kids of different ages.

The kids club was perfect, the Go's were kind and attentive, especially the petit club care givers.

The Ski instructors for the kids were not consistent, some were great and others were unprofessional or didn't seem to care. It made us feel that next time we should be more involved.

We found the rooms lovely with a phenomenal view with a perfect cleaning service.

The spa and the Yoga with Theo was incredible, relaxing and made our trip perfect.

In the exclusive lounge Pauline and Karen both helped with everything we needed. The intimate space made it possible to meet other families and for the kids to make new friends while we relax at the end of the day. Another thanks is to Ali for the delicious cocktails he made especially.

Lastly, the food. Although there is a big verity to choose from, the food is not good. We would hope for less choice but for the quality to be better.

In total we enjoyed our stay very much.
