Another excellent family stay in Bodrum!
Yanis, the best chef du village, made our vacation of a high quality. Our every request had been completed, Yanis and the GO team under his leadership created a great atmosphere in the Club. The restaurants, bars and people serving there were perfect, professionally organised water sports (a bid thank you to Selçuk and his team), excellent rooms, especially with as always a great care of Adil, the Room Division Manager.

My partner and I enjoyed a beautiful short getaway in Club Med Bodrum. Everything was perfect, starting from the beautiful location, to the excellent service at the bars and the restaurants, and the best Thai massage therapists. Everyone in the team is so kind and takes such great care of the guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay. And special thanks to the CDV Ouss, who did an amazing job and was present everywhere you looked.

What a wonderful vacation it would be if it wasn't spoiled by some guests!
I am surprised and outraged by Nesladko's unfair and false review, Sep 2024 ( https://www.tripadvisor.ru/Hotel_Review-g298020-d627482-Reviews-Club_Med_Bodrum_Palmiye-Bodrum_District_Mugla_Province_Turkish_Aegean_Coast.html ).
I know the reason for her resentment against the head of the sailing station: allegedly, none of his team members helped her when she could not reach the shore on a windsurfing board and had to swim to shore, pushing a surfboard in front of her. All this happened 20 meters from the shore. As she told me later, she didn't even try to let anyone know by gestures or shouting that she needed help. By the way, the head of the sailing team, Selçuk, whom she accuses and insults in her review, was not even ashore at that time. He was at sea on a motorboat to make sure that the catamarans and windsurfers were all right.
I have been sailing at Club Med Kamarina, at Club Med Gregolimano and I can say with confidence that Club Med Bodrum has the best sailing team. All members of the sailing station are very professional, attentive and friendly to guests. And all this is thanks to the head of the sailing station, Selçuk. I have heard and seen many times how respectfully and warmly the guests and all the staff of the sailing station treated Selçuk.
We have already vacationed at Club Med Bodrum six times and are planning to go again and again. We really like this place: the clean sea with a purple hue, like the Sargasso Sea, the bright sun overhead, the air, the comfortable level of accommodation, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the cuisine and service personnel of the restaurants and bars.
We decided to go there next year twice - in June and September.

Water sport:
Inattentiveness, not quality service, except for catamarans, but that many of my acquaintances shared that they do not get enough services about sailing too. I encountered aggressive and boorish behavior. Perhaps on allowing himself to behave so carelessly with guests, has a poor knowledge of customer service and quality communications. And perhaps impunity. I think the head of aquatics needs additional training to have someone explain what emotional intelligence is and the importance of the customer. I'm not sure it would make a difference, but maybe. And other customers would be happier.

Stunning location, beautiful sea, friendly atmosphere, great and professional staff, sumptuous, high quality, freshly cooked and beautify served food, various possibilities for sport.
