Guilin China

5 night 6 day trip to Clubmed Guilin with a big group of friends with mainly 5-7 year olds. The rooms were clean and the upgraded balcony ones had a brilliant sunrise view which I would highly recommend. The main bed was super comfortable. The added single bed served as a great extra bed to the room for children. The food was excellent with a couple hotpot meals. There was enough selections for the children and adults. With the noodle bar opening whenever the main restaurant was closed, was a brilliant idea for ones that couldn’t make it to the main meal.

I personally had never had such a warm welcome from any other places I have visited. The manager basically knew every visitor there. The staffs knew the name of every child that joined their daily mini club activities. They all worked with enthusiasm and tried to fulfil the needs of mums with different requests.

There were a lot of activities and excursions for families at Guilin Clubmed. It really was a perfect place for us with kids around 5-7. We did the pony ride, cave visit, dirt buggy and bamboo river cruise every afternoon, and it was all well worth paying the extra. Our children had a great time, and the beautiful weather and scenery made it extra special for them and us parents.

Overall, it was a super deal. It’s definitely a 5* experience for the children.

From day one until the end, my holiday was filled with encounters with friendly and welcoming people. All the GOs and GEs were exceptionally nice, making my stay even more enjoyable! The service was excellent! The views of the mountains within the resort were breathtaking, creating moments I never wanted to escape from. I enjoyed all the activities at the resort with wonderful instructors. This place felt like another paradise, and I can’t wait to be back! It was our first time to go to club med (Guilin). The staff were friendly and proactive in understanding our needs. They were very nice and helpful. We took part in a private cave exploration tour, which was very rewarding and the scenery was beautiful. The resort has different special variety shows/performances every night. The staff at the restaurant and noodle bar were kind and attentive, taking good care of our needs. We appreciated the dedicated GO team, especially Lim, Circle, Peggy, Eric, Yang, Vera, Iris, Raymond, Hilla, Donna etc. They always paid attention to guests’ needs and stood ready to offer help. Peggy was always full of passion and her energetic performances were really amazing. GEs were also friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the vacation very much.

The Club Med experience exceeded my expectations! A heartfelt thank-you to Chief Lim, Front Desk Manager Circle, and Event Manager Peggy for going above and beyond to make our family stay truly delightful. Bar Manager Frank and his team were fantastic, offering spot-on drink recommendations.

Special applause to Loic for his stunning calligraphy that captured the essence of every performance, and to Appy for always creating such an energetic and vibrant atmosphere. A big thank-you to Sophia and Naruto for their expertise in audio and video, which enhanced our experience. I’m still dreaming of Zhara’s mesmerizing voice.

Yang and Candy were incredibly helpful in providing us with all the necessary information and recommendations for our excursions. Our dining experience was unforgettable, thanks to Joe, the Restaurant Manager and his team (Sharon, Chef Jason, Chef Yves, and the lovely GEs) who added a magical touch to every meal.

Friendship from Sophia and Zhara was the highlight of the entire stay. This level of personalized care can only come from the heart. A special shoutout to Yulia, Youli, Hope, Sunny, Cassie, Hilla, Happy, Raymond and many others who made our stay feel like visiting a friend’s home. Thank you for making our short stay at Club Med so warm and memorable!

One of the best trips in terms of bonding over many activities and food with my family. 6D5N was just right to explore the vastness of this unique ClubMeb location. Highly recommended!
