Highly recommend the exclusive collection! We were in a suite on the 6th floor and it was easy and quick to get to the restaurant, skiing and mini club from our room. It was spacious, great view of the river. And it was nice to have the 8th floor lounge for snacks and drinks, which was usually pretty quiet.
This time of year a lot of the trails are not yet open but as long as you know what to expect, that was fine.
The mini club team is the star, they can probably use even more staff though because the resort is full of kids and the check in and check out process could have benefited from a more streamlined / multi desk approach. Our 4 and 8 year old girls had a great time!
One note I found a little off for a club med is the “club med” energy was a bit lower. Not much in the way of crazy signs. This was ok for me except for the on- screen choreographed dancing: it was odd. The GOs should be up there dancing on stage rather than having cartoons on the big screen dancing and the kids repeating the moves on the floor.

This is our second year here. It is amazing as always. This year I had an amazing experience with Sam, the fitness instructor at the hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect! Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly motivating. The sessions were tailored perfectly to my fitness level and goals, and Sam's positive energy made every workout enjoyable. The instructions were clear, and I felt supported throughout. I highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for an exceptional fitness experience!

I’m a second-year skier (last year I put on my first pair of skis, also here at Le Massif/Club Med). This year I had a great group lesson with Dennis (DR). He analyzed the students skiing ability and the mountain snow conditions to provide a great day of instruction and fun.

The group lessons are included with the hotel price so do plan to take them one or multiple days of your stay!

We arrived today. This is my second visit at this resort . Staff are very nice. Check in staff is nice, but our room is not ready until 4:20. My friend and I took a 45 mins cardio class at the gym at 5:30. Instructor Sam is very friendly and professional. We had an amazing time in the gym before dinner.
