Cancún Mexico

We had a few meals here. The service is great. Our waiter Rafael went out of his way to procure fruit for our kids though it wasn’t on the menu. We love the vibe of the restaurant, high ceiling, next to the ocean with a breeze.

The food and service at Taco Arte was excellent! Our server, Manual, was very attentive and kind. We ate here multiple times while staying at Club Med and it was incredible every time!

We had a great time at Club Med Cancun. This was our third Club Med in the region, after Punta Cana and Michès in the Dominican Republic. The infrastructure is modern and very well maintained. We were very satisfied with the food overall, although the quality of the croissants in the morning was inconsistent, likely depending on who was preparing the croissants and pains au chocolat that day.

We highly recommend staying here, especially if you have young children. Special shout-out to Cathia and Rosie at the Petit Club: they were extremely accommodating and flexible, and our three-year-old daughter loved going there every day. Thank you for a great stay.

Staff is wonderful. Lulu in reception, Paulo at boating, Karla in housekeeping, and too many others to mention. So many things to do!! Personally, I didn’t care for the food although the selections were plentiful, beautiful and fresh. Our 3 year old ended up not doing the kids program as it was overwhelming when she went in and couldn’t bring a parent, so that was a waste of money, unfortunately. A great place for a multigenerational trip that will be remembered by all of us, from ages 3-70.

I traveled with my multigenerational family and had a great time with activities such as snorkeling, trapeze, and swimming. The staff and people were attentive, kind, and so lovely to be around. Great family destination.
