Cancún Mexico

First time to a ClubMed and it was way above expectations.
Apart from the excellent food and very friendly staff and multiple superb activities we would in particular like to call out the circus team and the trapeze. Each of Maude, Silver, Victoria and Remy were patient, enthusiastic, and super clear and encouraging in teaching the ropes and tricks of the trapeze. While this is certainly one of the more challenging but also busy attraction of this Club Med, they took the time for each guest to not only go over the safety preps, but also provide instant feedback on what they did well and how they can even do better next time.

With each new run they upped the ante for individuals who wanted to do more challenging turns. An activity for any age, both my wife and son really enjoyed learning from and interacting with the team and they were the highlight of our trip!!

Again, while there are many activities to do (including doing nothing and enjoy the beach and pool), the circus/trapeze just in itself is a good reason for us to come back. Thank you team Club Med Cancun (incl coach Stefan)

This was my very first stay at a club Med in Cancun Mexico and the experience was PHENOMENAL!! Any future vacations I will always make sure that I stay at a club med. The staff was BEYOND AMAZING. Every one was so attentive, friendly, positive attitude and positive energy with a smile on their faces.

A HUGE Thank you to Obed and Abces for making sure that me, my sister, my brother in law and nieces had a wonderful time. It was our first time sailing and kayaking. Not only Obed and Abces was EXTREMELY patient, they taught the class very slowly until we were comfortable. They were so knowledgeable and answered every questions that we had.

Obed was so enjoyable to be around, very funny, positive attitude and always going above and beyond the call of duty and always with a big smile on his face. He also went out of his way to take some pictures for us that we will forever cherish. Such an amazing dancer. We really enjoyed his performance and amazed by his many talents and passion. Always making us laugh. We miss him already!

Abcess was so respectful, patient and so professional. Very warm and easy to talk to. He taught the class so patiently.

ChrisLove was so sweet and so enjoyable to talk to. Very respectful young lady with a positive attitude. Amazing dancer as well!

Claudia (at the reception) was amazing and incredible , funny and made sure to come say goodbye to us when we were leaving as she knew how difficult it would be to live this magical place so she made sure to be there at the exact time that we were leaving to say goodbye . Such a delight to watch her perform on stage. She even encouraged me and my niece to come dance on the stage to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves.

We really enjoyed having many dinners with Obed, ChrisLove, Abcess and Claudia. Never a dull moment at dinners with the jokes, stories and wonderful conversations. Dinners with them was like having dinners with family members. We miss them all SO MUCH already!!!

Jason and Hugo always had a smile on their faces. Their main goal was to ensure that everyone had a wonderful experience. Jason was always at the door at dinner time to greet us before we go up! Hugo was always going around to ensure that everyone was good and well taken care of. He was everywhere you would think that he never slept.

Caesar and Ludo was amazing during our excursion to Tulum. Ludo took the time to help my brother in law when we were going in the cave. They were both so attentive and patient. Time was well managed and ensured that we had fun. The day was truly a success!!

The food was amazing. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff work so hard to ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience even after a long day they always have a huge smile on their faces! The entertainment was AMAZING and beyond incredible. I enjoyed it even more because it was the staff performing after a long day of work alongside with the GEs and the GOs which made it very personable and warm.

My experience at this club med was INCREDIBLE, EXCEPTIONAL and AMAZING. I can’t wait to come back again and I already told all my friends about my memorable experience. This experience was definitely an unforgettable one. SPECIAL THANKS to Obed, Abcess, Claudia and ChrisLove for bringing a lot of ambiance and making our stay EXTRA SPECIAL!!!

In our experience, Club Med is a unique blending of friendly, caring community with different backgrounds whose main goal is to ensure that everyone has a memorable experience!

I had a very great experience with this Club Med! The food was very good and I enjoyed eating dinner with a lot of the G.Os. Julio was very nice and always fun to talk to along with Michelle and Aminata who both had a great positive energy. Sandry and Ronneil were also very fun and were great dancers. The dive team there was also especially great. Paco was an amazing instructor, he always answered any questions I had and helped us with whatever we needed and he made our experience a lot more memorable. Poncho also took very good pictures of us during our dives and Jorge, Monica, and Atl were very supportive and fun to talk to the whole time.

This is my third experience at Club Med and my wife's families like 20th and it just keeps getting better. Oasis in Punta Cana was great but Jade to me blew it out of the water. The set up, private areas, attentive staff, and just the full complement of the experience was great. Don't advice (Unless you are into whale sharks/scuba) going in Late July/August if you aren't used to high heat and humidity but that isn't a Club Med issue that is a me issue from a climate that is a lot milder.
