Taco Arte is a must for the supper at Club Med!

Club Med Cancun is a beautiful resort. There is something for everyone to do and you can be as active or as sedentary as the mood fits. We stayed in the Jade Exclusive Collection, which was a wonderful treat. The staff at the Jade is just excellent and you could not ask for better service. Daily private lunch offerings, evening appetizers and the BBQ night were amazing. Jose Luis and his whole team are to be commended are such a great crew.

We had an excellent 5 day visit. We have stayed at the Jade Building several times over the past 15 years. The service is excellent. Jose Luis took great care of us as did the staff at the bar, many of whom we’ve known for years - Elisio, Daniel, Ademir, Jesus and all the others. We ate most of our meals at Taco Arte including sit-down dinners our last two nights (something we hadn’t tried on previous visits) and those were great experiences. The menu choices were appealing (I had the crispy whole fish both nights) and the servers were friendly and efficient - particularly Daniel but all the others as well. We played pickleball twice each day. The facilities and the pickleball GOs work hard to create a good pickleball program. As always, the beach is the best on the strip, protected at the south end. We’ll be back!

New kids' portion is excellent! Food is great! Wheelchair accessible walkways throughout the needs attention.

We had an excellent activity packed vacation at Club med Cancun, even though 5 of the 7 days were very stormy; rainy & windy - everything was great. The variety and quality of the food is amazing. The activities and options were so plentiful we didn’t have time to get to everything. And the 10 pickleball courts are perfect. Everyone on the Club Med team is upbeat and willing to work very hard to make your vacation experience the best. Very comfortable bed and a very powerful hot shower. We will definitely return (and hope for better weather 😉)
