Turkoise Turks and Caicos

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Club Med Turks and Caicos. We played tennis everyday, met new friends, had amazing meals, swam in crystal clear blue water, and enjoyed the trip to the fullest.

The tennis instructors, Max and Joel, were the best.

Having been to the resort a few times, we were pleased that the quality of service had improved and our stay was one of our best ones yet!

Okay, I’m new here but a GO (I think that’s hiw they call it) told me to leave my feedback here to help improve things. I want to share that this was my first Club Med experience, and honestly, I was NOT disappointed at all. I loved the vibe, and my wife danced a lot during the evening showss!!….

A big shoutout to the General Manager, KEVIN (from Canada 🇨🇦), who welcomed us at the entrance of the restaurant—such a kind person. During one of our meals, a guy sat with us who seemed to be new at the hotel. His name was CARLOS or Charlie (I don’t remember sorry) —but he told us he’s in charge of everything related to social media and the app, which really helped us (super easy to use, by the way). He talked to us a lot about Club Med, his experience, how the GOs work, and it was such a great moment! Thank you CArlos!

Later, we went to play PICKLEBALL (a great sport for us), and MAXIME taught us everything we needed to know—such a great guy!

One thing we want to highlight about CLUB MED TURKS AND CAICOS is the kindness and energy of all the GOs—just amazing!

We also attended a class they call “Wellness Night” (if you get the chance to go, DO IT!). The instructor, EDITH, guided us through each meditation in such a wonderful way!

That same night, we missed the Circus show (I think it would be great if they did it at a different time so more people could catch it).

I can say many more things but I don't remember the names of the other GOS but in general everything is incredible!!!!! PS go to a massage in front of the sea IT'S THE BEST !!! We will definitely be back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place for vacation. I’ve been to a lot of beaches and by far this is the best. The GO at the best. Raphael was a great leader and advisor for the sailing team. We had a great time. We have been here 8 times and it’s always been great. The GO in general are not as friendly or interactive with the guests as normal but it is something I was assured they are working on. If you go to club med, you will have a great time at the best beach ever.

Old resort but well kept and clean. Staff could be friendlier, drinks could use some updates, too clubby for my age. Still it’s my favorite location the beach is awesome.
