It has been a unique and wonderful experience the 6 days spent in Clubmed Beidahu! The ski slopes is just one part but Tatiana and all the team has even a much important role! They are unique to make you feel at home. The attention and service and the daily shows are difficult to be found anywhere! I am happy to provide feedback for two excellent snowboarding instructors—Agata and Tyler. I chose Club Med to fully enjoy snowboarding, and these two instructors significantly enhanced my overall Club Med experience. While their styles differ, both demonstrated exceptional professionalism and personal charm, offering me an outstanding learning experience.

Instructor Agata's teaching is always energetic and precise. She listens patiently and attentively, adjusts her approach flexibly based on individual skill levels, and provides clear, effective feedback on technique in a timely manner. Every lesson provided new skills and significant progress. She keeps students of varying abilities highly engaged throughout structured sessions, ensuring the process is never dull. Her cheerful and humorous personality further makes learning enjoyable.

Instructor Tyler is reliable and considerate. He wears a friendly smile and gives clear, actionable guidance. With a strong sense of responsibility, he thoughtfully points out risks along each route, which gives us a great sense of security.

In their own unique ways, both instructors perfectly blend professional skill, keen observation, and genuine care for their students. They are not only exceptional coaches but also invaluable members of your team. I recommend them without any reservation.
