I’d like to say big thank you to all kid club team as they do great job with kids and let parents have some relaxing time! Also my kudos to all kitchen team! Each meal is perfect and delicious! There are great variety of choices! Great spots team! Thank you all very much!

There was constant activities for all ages to participate in that was already included n the package, entertainment every evening followed by a high energy dance party . It was food galore as meals were available from breakfast till supper but I must say that dinner had the best selection of food. The rooms were dated ( they are starting to do renovations though) but were sufficient equipped, spacious and kept cleaned by the housekeeping team. Alcohol is available from 8am till midnightso no complaints. I have to highlight the friendliness, professionalism and excellent service provided by Ardhan (housekeeping), Chris (Spa), Coco (Reception), jeevan (Sports) and AL (sports) as well as the rest of the G.Os whose worked tirelessly in ensuring the energy levels were kwpt high and guest entertained.

The food here was great, and overall, everything from the service to the atmosphere made my stay really enjoyable. I absolutely loved my time here and would definitely come back again!

Thank you to Sandy, the yoga instructor there. She’s incredibly detailed in her teaching and carefully plans different skills for students with different levels.
Thank you to Anne from the sports team. She makes the Sundances and Float Fit by the pool enjoyable and entertaining. She has an amazing sense of humor and an absolutely beautiful voice.
Thank you to Kevin also from the sport team for organizing and inviting us to the Sunset Kayak. It was an unforgettable experience with good vibes and scenic views.
And finally a thank you to the circus team - Aki, Abii, Beatriz, Zippy and Ian, and the all the staff who performed in the shows. They are so passionate about their jobs and so hardworking.

If you don't go to Club Med Bintan, you will die with regret. 1) Food and drinks -delicious

And many others who's names I cannot remember THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, I ALMOST CRIED WHEN I LEFT

Everyone there will make sure you and your family have a wonderful time and are well taken care of. Their hard work, passion and cheerful supportive personalities can be felt from miles away. Going there is like visiting a home away from home.
Conclusion: YOU HAVE TO GO, IT IS SO WORTH IT
