Phuket Thailand

The teen club was an amazing experience made so many new friends and our GO’s (Valentin and Aum) were so kind and welcoming. Loads of different new activities and games to play such as trapeze and pool parties. So many good memories made. 100% recommend to an teen if there looking to meet new people.

Our stay with you all at Club Med Phuket was wonderful in every way. Friendly people, from Max right to the cleaning people, everyone made us feel welcome.
We would like to make a special mention to a special few. Gede took us snorkeling on a day that didn’t start well for him but he calmly sorted things out and we had a great morning. Sand also was with us and did a great job. We did water aerobics with Tanjung a few times and ended up spending some great times with him , Sand and Gede . We really enjoyed our time with Tanjung and Sand as they went well above and beyond to look after us. Thank you very much. John and Jodi U2240

Our last stay was in March 2023. We loved the kids club but back then the resort was understaffed, rooms were dates, and the food was very disappointing.

I’m very happy to report - the resort has vastly improved. Everything we had issues with previously have since been addressed.

Firstly, the staff are much more energetic, experienced, enthusiastic and friendly. The vibe was much more welcoming, and the previous Covid related understaffed issues have been resolved. There were a handful of instances where the staff were not able to help, mostly due to a language barrier, but nothing major. Special mention to Boy-boy and Ali for being so genuine and patient with our child.

The kids club was amazing as before. Very well scheduled, lots of variety and for tired parents who need a break, everything is designed to be as convenient as possible. The only negative - for the snack time, as a parent, I would like to see more offerings of healthier options. From what I saw, it was muffins, sugary cereal, cakes, croissants, bread. Not a vegetable in sight. Perhaps some cheese, olives, ham, crudités, yoghurt etc

The gym - basic but the yoga mats were replaced (which was my previous suggestion). But there are plenty of outdoor sport options - walk climbing, tennis, volleyball, pickleball, snorkeling etc

We stayed in a renovated room and it was beautiful. Very smart and efficient storage, spacious, clean, bright. No complaints. The house keeping was excellent.

Wifi around the resort, especially the room and the gym is quite slow.

Wide variety of activities for the adults too. We were spoilt for choice. One suggestion - make the range of dinner availability longer. 645pm dinner is too late for the younger kids. There could also be more Thai options. It’s already an improvement from before, but we don’t come to Thailand to eat burgers and pasta. Thai food is so delicious, there should be more local choices. In general the clearing of plates from the tables need to be more efficient. We were often stacking plates ourselves to make space on the table.

So much effort is made for each theme/night/entertainment. Really appreciate the thought and variety. Especially enjoyed the Thai culture night where local vendors set up stalls to sell local wares and snacks.

The spa was wonderful as before. Tranquil and clean. The masseuse we tried were all great.

There is a new “Family Oasis” section to the resort. This is an extremely fun water park for the kids (more suitable for toddlers - 9 yr old kids). There are beautiful cabanans, and a lovely little bar. An excellent addition. It’s less than a 10 min walk within the resort but there is a shuttle/golf cart that goes around the resort every 15 mins. Very convenient.

After my stay at Club Med Phuket, it’s easy to see why Thailand is called the "Land of Smiles." This was my first Club Med experience in Asia, and it was definitely a great one!

The resort is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and newly renovated rooms that are super comfortable. The whole place just feels welcoming and well-kept.

A big shout-out to Grendy for putting on some amazing shows, and to Temmy at the reception, who gave us such a warm welcome. I also got to hang out a bit with Dylan and Cara, who were both really fun and nice.

Ali was always around, making sure everything was running smoothly and that we were comfortable.

The snorkeling excursion was one of the highlights of the trip—definitely worth doing. The snorkeling team did a fantastic job and made it a memorable adventure.

Also, the lady at the Zen Pool bar was just awesome—great energy, super friendly, and the perfect vibe for chilling in that little slice of paradise.

The restaurant staff were fantastic too, and the food was just incredible, so varied and delicious! A special thank you to Tonkin for always being so kind and welcoming.

The bar team was also very efficient and friendly: Especially Sure, Nova, Cherpram, and Xin Xin. Really lovely people!

I also want to thank all the behind-the-scenes staff, like the security and housekeeping teams. They were always polite and efficient, adding to the overall experience.

I was a little afraid of not having a private beach but in fact is super nice to have locals and the beach is not crowded. It’s less than 30 seconds away from the hotel, and it’s very safe, as the surroundings of the hotel.

The Club Med Phuket guests were super international, which added a nice touch of diversity to the atmosphere.

Kudos to Max, the chef de village: Very cool, full of energy, and really caring both for the guests and his team. Big kudos to him for being such a great leader!

All in all, an unforgettable stay filled with smiles, great people, and amazing experiences. Everything you’d expect from Thailand!

The view is good. The staff is friendly and funny. I was a teen club member and my instructor Miss Aum and Mr Valentin are very caring and playful and joking. I learned a lot of things from them like the Thai culture and tradition. I also met alot of friends there until this day I still miss them. We play sports at the Club House, have some refreshment at the bar, and watching shows all together as a club. I strongly recommend teens or children to join this club to play and learn. I learned some Thai word and I also study the culture of not only Thai but other like Korean, French and more. I was so glad that I chose to come here and I hope I could go back that and replay the moment. Special Thanks to my instructor Aum and Valentin.
