Guilin China

Impressive luxurious vibe of their lobby and our suite. We, family of three, had a wonderful experience from the taste of Guilin to international cuisines, thanks to the Executive Chef Carol & the F&B teams Adi & Sharon! The vast variety of activities are pretty cool for both adults and kids. Not forgetting the evening shows, amazing performances by the circus and dance teams! Our liason Eloise kept us well informed of activities & masks info during our stay, as well as the Room Manager Jacky. Last but not least, biggest shout out to the Chief of Village Ali :)

​Our family of three is ending our 5 days trip and checking out today, June 20, and we are still basking in the warmth of the incredible hospitality we experienced. From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were made to feel special with a wonderfully warm welcome and a surprise upgrade to a suite, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Ali, the Village Chief, has fostered an amazing, high-energy atmosphere throughout the resort, and a special thank you goes to Jacky, the Room Manager, and Eloise at Reception for making our arrival and accommodation so seamless and memorable.
​The activities and amenities kept us happily engaged every single day. We loved the variety on offer, from golf and hiking to mountain biking through the stunning scenery. Our 12-year-old daughter absolutely loved the Teens Club, which gave her a fantastic space to make memories of her own. When we weren’t active, we were indulging in the culinary offerings. The food was excellent and far exceeded our expectations. Massive compliments to Executive Chef Carol, Restaurant Manager Adi, and team such as Sharon for the spectacular dining experiences and impeccable service, as well as Bar Manager Lee for keeping the vibes and drinks excellent at the bar.
​The evening entertainment was nothing short of fantastic, serving as the perfect end to each day. One particular show that we saw, 'The Legend of Guilin', was a true masterpiece and a beautiful introduction to the region. We also have to give a huge special mention to the circus team, particularly Kimmy, whose talent and energy blew us away.
Thank you to the entire team at Club Med Guilin for an exceptional family vacation—we cannot recommend this resort enough!

This is my second visit to Club Med Guilin, and I’m still deeply impressed by the wonderful experience here. The resort offers a relaxing and joyful atmosphere, making every moment enjoyable.
I’d like to give special thanks to Golf Coach Jake. He strikes a perfect balance between professionalism and fun. His teaching is patient and engaging, and I have picked up plenty of practical golf skills under his guidance. Really wanna come again soon, hope to see whole team.
The overall service and facilities here are fantastic. I truly love staying at Club Med Guilin. I definitely look forward to coming back again in the future.

As a Silver-tier Club Med GM, Club Med’s service and hospitality never cease to amaze me, and our stay at Club Med Guilin from June 1–5 was no exception.

What we loved most was how well the resort catered to every generation of our family. My elderly parents enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, while my young niece had plenty of activities to keep her entertained. It truly offered something for everyone.

A special thank you to the amazing G.O. team. Shen made wonderful drinks and always welcomed us with a smile. Eloise was incredibly helpful with our check-in arrangements. Sharon thoughtfully prepared packed lunches for us on our departure day as we headed back to Guangzhou. Lee brought great energy to every interaction and hosted an enjoyable wine tasting session. And finally, Eric left the deepest impression on our family with his extensive wine knowledge, engaging personality, and genuine passion for what he does.

The biggest compliment I can give is this: before this trip, most of my family had never experienced Club Med. After five days at Club Med Guilin, they have all become Club Med converts.

The entire experience was fantastic. Jake did an outstanding job teaching me how to play golf, making each lesson both enjoyable and easy to follow. Every G.O. I met was incredibly passionate, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate their dedication and commitment to providing such a memorable experience.
