Club Med Charlevoix exceeded my expectations!
The resort, which opened in fall 2021, features spacious and very comfortable rooms. I especially enjoyed the fitness classes with Sam (30 minutes at 4:30pm or 45 minutes at 5:30pm) — efficient, motivating, and the perfect complement to the daily mountain biking lessons at 9:15am and 1:15pm. Yoga classes were amazing too! There were many class choices throughout each day.

The Le Massif de Charlevoix Mountain Biking team was outstanding. Max, Sean, Pier, Kayla, Jeff and the rest of the staff shared excellent tips and coaching that made learning to navigate mountain biking both fun and rewarding. Even my 9-year-old daughter loved the experience!

Afternoons were best spent unwinding in the outdoor jacuzzi and soaking up the sun from the lounge beds.

Our first trip to club med charlevoix did not disappoint.

From start to finish my fiancé and I had a perfect stay. We stayed in the exclusive collection and upon arrival we were greeted by GOs; their hospitality and attentiveness truly made us feel so special.

The views from our room and from around the resort were unforgettable! We were blessed with good weather for our trip, so the amount of outdoor activities were jammed into our short trip was great! We took a guided hike up to a lookout on the mountain with 360° views up and down the St. Lawrence!
The resort also has mountain biking for those brave enough to try! I went while my fiance went to the spa, the instructor took me through a quick skills accessment and a few tips before taking us down the mountain. With their guidance I had a blast without fear of injury. P.s. I heard the spa was great too!

The buffet had a good variety of different dishes all of which were delicious! Although I noticed not as much excess that I've grown accustom to seeing at all-inclusive resorts, it's good to see resorts trying to limit food waste.

The Chalet area had to be my favorite room of the resort after getting cleaned up and before dinner, we would go for cocktails and the whole room has such a good vibe! Can't wait to revisit in the winter for "apres ski"!

Already planning my trip back!

I had the most amazing trip to Quebec, all thanks to Club Med Charlevoix! The food was fantastic with a wonderful variety each day — every meal felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The spa experience was truly exceptional; the facial and massage were the best I’ve ever had, and the sauna was the perfect finishing touch.

I stayed in the Executive Collection Suite, which was incredible. The bathtub and shower were spacious and luxurious — such a great space to unwind. They are sure to make you feel extra special when staying on the EC floors!

The Music Factory show brought so much energy and was super entertaining, making the evenings just as enjoyable as the days.

One of the highlights was hiking the La Button Trail. The views from the top were breathtaking and the hike itself was easy enough for most people to enjoy without being overwhelming. The stunning St. Lawrence River — which feels more like an ocean — made for unforgettable scenery. Having that backdrop while enjoying meals or relaxing in the hot tub was simply perfect.

This was a 5-star experience all around, and I can’t wait to come back!

I’m having an absolutely wonderful time at Club Med Québec-Charlevoix. The resort feels luxuriously organized and impeccably clean, and the whole atmosphere is filled with calm, elegance, and Canadian charm.

The food here is outstanding—delicious, varied, and thoughtfully prepared. The fitness classes were a standout: I took sessions with Sam and Oscar and they were simply fantastic. Their energy and guidance made each class a joy.

I highly recommend this resort.

We are frequent Club Med travellers and this was our second time at the Club Med Charlevoix and we liked it so much that we recommended it to my sister and some friends who also came along with their families.
This stay was better than the previous year : there were more activities and more entertainment offered during the day. Contrary to last year, we were lucky as the weather was quite nice so we were able to go hiking, mountain biking, etc…

Food : great quality and great options for the whole family. My vegetarian husband was always able to find something delicious to eat.

Staff : overall friendly staff, whether at the bar, the shop or in charge of the activities (shoutout to the awesome Sam the Tabata, Aquagym, etc instructor) However, some of the waiting staff at the Marché were not as friendly as last year. It was almost as if you are bothering them when you ask for a refill of water. Some of them should “put a sourire sur leur face”

Rooms : We again stayed in a family room. It was very clean and the layout is so well thought of that you don’t feel cramped even with two adults and two kids. Lots of storage and the separate room for the kids is the cherry on top.

Overall, we had a really great stay. Improvement would be to allow us to “register” to an activity via the app so that we would get a reminder when the time comes (we were able to do so in CM Cancún, don’t know why we couldn’t here)
Also, for the love of God, please update the mini golf (if we can even call it that)! We were staying at the Fairmont Richelieu before coming to the CM and your mini-golf does not even remotely compares to theirs.
