Tignes France

The club is spacious, the team works hard to make everybody's stay as enjoyable as possible. This was our second time after a couple of weeks in the summer and our very positive opinion has not changed. Strongly recommend whether in the summer or winter.

It was our first time in ski with ClubMed. Overall a very good experience. The team was professional and friendly. the hotel itself is mostly clean and well maintained. The ski room and lockers are very convenient. The food was good and we appreciated the Gluten Free options in the dessert area.

To be improved:

• the cleanliness of carpets in public areas (spots).
• The room is hot at night without the possibility to control the temperature.
• Some of us were skying for the first time. Tignes is not the best site for beginners. Most of the lifts for beginners are located in Tignes Le Lac to which you need to take a bus. Also if you are not keeping up with the rhythm of the group of you you want to join in the middle of the week, there are no other options than taking very expensive private lessons.
• Food is good and with good variety, however the restaurant area is often noisy and busy.

We wholeheartedly recommend Club Med Tignes for a fantastic family ski holiday. The organisation was impeccable, and every detail was well thought out. The staff were exceptionally service-oriented and friendly. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the Kids' Club, expertly led by Nathan and his wonderful team, including Cacahuète, Océane, Maya, and Ana. It was truly a memorable experience for all of us.
