I had such a great time at Club Med! The whole resort was really nice, and there was always something to do, so I never felt bored. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was really fun and welcoming. The food was good, there were lots of activities, and the views were beautiful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Club Med to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation and also big thanks to Florian to taking care of my daughter at the teen club she had a great time.

Loved that the resort is only a 10 minute drive away from the airport. Perfect for families travelling with young kids.

The family suite in the Tiara executive section was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults/1 toddler/1 infant). It was clean, renovated and had all the necessities.

Bryan and his team made our stay wonderful! Always willing to assist with any requests we had!

Beautiful location with plenty of water sports and land activities. Being October, we expected the seaweed and other debris washing up from the ocean, as well as the nightly tropical storms. However, the grounds maintenance staff worked hard throughout the day to clear the beaches and the rest of the property.

The atmosphere, despite the resort being at 90% capacity, was tranquil. None of the restaurants, bars, or coffee shops on site ever felt crowded. They were all spacious with tables set far enough from each other that conversations could remain private. The Tiara area truly felt like a piece of paradise with its infinity pool, premium bar, and amazing staff.

We took two room, one in the Tiara village and another in Larimar. Both had a master bedroom and a separate bedroom for kids. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. Our room in Tiara was especially well decorated for our arrival and well maintained during our whole stay. There was an issue with the hot water in our Tiara room during the first night of our stay - we had to take cold showers. However, once we brought it to the Tiara team’s attention, they contacted the maintenance team and had the issue resolved within 24h. The heating coils had blown and needed to be replaced. We were impressed how efficiently and effectively Bryan managed the issue.

Being a large resort build decades ago, there is always a need for maintenance, updates, and reconstruction. During our stay a room a few doors down from us needed a roof replacement. There were road works and other rooms nearby also were undergoing reconstruction. However, there were no major eyesores or nightly disturbances.

Another enjoyable touch was how the staff are allowed to share experiences with the guests. We enjoyed have members of staff join us for dinner if we wished to spend time with them.

With the kids club and all the other facilities on sight, we felt that our trip was worth every penny spent. The staff at Tiara and at the restaurants were wonderful. Special shoutouts to Bryan, Marshall, Samara, Thibaut, Michell, and the rest of the Tiara crew - sorry we didn’t get everyone’s names! High praise to chefs Antonio, Vinay and their talented chefs and hostesses for making our meals extra special. They really went the extra mile catering for our dietary needs - thank you! Hands down Sahil and Yeison made the best cocktails and mocktails for us.

Kids club was excellent as always. All the shows and activities were perfectly curated for each age group. Our kid loved the circus experience most, so a special shoutout to Banana, Djerson, and others from kids club, as well as Francesca, Arkady, and Antonio from the circus school. Clement was amazing at teaching all of us the basics of archery. We soon became proficient enough to get a bulls eye or close to it. There are just so many activities at the resort that it’s impossible to try all of them within a week.

The all inclusive experience at Club Med is one of the best we’ve experienced so far. We’re looking forward to booking our next stay with them again but, with over 70 resorts around the world, the decision is going to be tough!

Another incredible stay at Club Med Punta Cana, and once again, I am leaving feeling incredibly grateful for the people who make this place so special. Punta Cana truly feels like a second home to us. We have been coming twice a year for the past three years, and every visit reminds us why we continue to return. The renovations are beautiful, and we are in awe of how much care continues to go into the resort, but what truly makes Club Med feel like home are the people.

At Indigo, Chef Edwin, Chef Jackson, and Chef Ewry went above and beyond to make us a personalized paella that was incredible and delicious. Our wish was their command, and they truly went out of their way to make something special for us on many occassions. Chef Antonio has also become one of our favorites over the years. During this trip, when I was dehydrated and not feeling well, he went to a different restaurant twice to find coconuts for me. That kind of thoughtfulness and care is something we will never forget.

Damaris provided excellent service at breakfast, Martina was so sweet and gracious during our evening dinners, and Yan Carlos was an exceptional server. He is incredibly attuned to our needs, anticipates what we need before we even ask, and is always so gracious and sweet. Jose was wonderful at dinner, and Yorky continues to provide excellent service. He always asks how he can help and genuinely looks for ways to make our experience better. Carolyn was so sweet and loving in the mornings and always anticipated our needs. She would bring me my Prosecco before I even had a chance to ask. Fresir was also absolutely amazing at breakfast, so sweet and kind.

I also want to recognize Elisa, Leidy, and Angela at Indigo. All three were exceptional and added so much to our experience and we love and appreciate them very much.

Vinay, who I believe was the manager at Indigo, was exceptional. He always made sure we had everything we needed, often before we even had a chance to ask. He was constantly directing the team and making sure things were followed through. He was so sweet, kind, and accommodating. Thank you so much, Vinay. We appreciate you.

Josue, who we saw at both Hispaniola and El Mundo, is an actual angel. He takes his work seriously and makes beautiful dishes every time. Every time we see him, he comes from behind his workstation and gives us the biggest, most genuine hugs. Josue is such a gem, and Club Med is so lucky to have him. We also want to recognize Eleanor at Hispaniola, who was exceptional.

Mathiew, the supervisor of sports, was another highlight. He is charismatic, sweet, loving, genuine, and gracious. We spent a lot of time talking with him, and it is so clear that he genuinely cares about people and creating a wonderful experience.

And of course, Damien is THE PARTY. He is the life of the party and completely embodies Club Med and all that it is. We are so lucky to have him. His energy, warmth, authenticity, and ability to bring everyone together are such a huge part of what makes Club Med special.

Dani from the workout team was so sweet, and I love spending time with her and sharing meals together. Mourad was also wonderful. We took one of his Aqua Gym classes years ago, and after he returned to Punta Cana, we asked him to do one again for us. He graciously did, even though it was no longer his role, and it was so much fun and wonderful. The entire dance team was incredible, especially Meleidys and Melanie. They bring so much energy and talent to the resort.

At the bar, Anto is someone we absolutely have to recognize. We love him so much and have invited him to dinner multiple times. He has become a dear friend. His work ethic is exceptional, he is meticulous, always on top of everything, and makes the best drinks we have ever had. We would literally wait for his drinks because we knew they would be made with care. He leads his team with such grace and his work is impeccable. He has such a beautiful smile and he was so diligent and attentive. Anto is truly exceptional, and Club Med is lucky to have him.

At reception, Edwin was incredible. We spent quite a bit of time hanging out with him and even invited him to dinner. Sephara, Fabie, Rajaa, and Leika were also wonderful. I especially want to acknowledge the guest relations team because they worked tirelessly to resolve any concerns or issues we had. Reception has not always been as helpful on previous stays, but this team was different. Everything we needed or asked for was handled promptly and with so much care and grace. We truly appreciate them.

We also want to recognize the two DJs. Even though it was low season, they always kept the party going and always played wonderful music. They helped create such a fun atmosphere and brought so much energy to the resort.

Abdel was also extremely accommodating this trip. Any request we made, he readily agreed to and was so gracious. We truly appreciated his willingness to help and the care he showed us throughout our stay.

I also want to take a moment to recognize all of the people who work behind the scenes to keep Club Med Punta Cana running and looking its best. The housekeeping teams, maintenance teams, grounds crews, the people who clear the seaweed from the beach, the lifeguards, and everyone else who is constantly working throughout the resort deserve so much appreciation. There are people working all day, every day, to keep the resort clean, safe, beautiful, comfortable, and in tip top shape. Much of that work happens quietly in the background, but as returning guests, we absolutely notice it and appreciate it. Thank you for everything you do.

One of the most special things about coming back to Club Med Punta Cana is that the staff no longer feel like staff to us. They have become family. We literally go on vacation and leave with new friends and new family every time. That is something truly special, and it is a testament to the people who work here and the way they make guests feel.

We love Club Med Punta Cana. It truly feels like our second home, and we are so grateful for every person who contributes to making it that way. Thank you to the entire Club Med team for everything you do, both what guests see and what happens behind the scenes. We appreciate you more than you know, and we cannot wait to see you all again.

Jorge is an amazing golf instructor. We came to lessons every day during our weeklong stay and reallly enjoyed the experience.
