The airport transfer was a mess, and we waited almost four hours without any updates. Then, we had to endure a three-hour bus ride with no bathroom, which added to the annoyance. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located just five minutes from the town centre, where you can find shops, restaurants, and a lively festive square during the holidays.

Even though we did the pre-arrival registration, Check-in took ages and wasn’t smooth. On the plus side, the staff were helpful with info about ski rentals, lockers, and lesson schedules as soon as we arrived.

The rooms were spacious and cosy, with plenty of storage space for our stuff, heated towel rails, blackout curtains, and stunning mountain views. The only downside was that they were too hot and could not be adjusted. Some room types included thick robes and slippers, but the toiletries and coffee options weren’t anything special.

The ski facilities were fantastic, with rentals, waxing services, and secure lockers all on-site. Ski-in/ski-out access made everything easy, and we didn’t have to worry about shuttles.

The dining was excellent, especially the French pastries, which were a highlight. Club Med always emphasises good entertainment, and the après-ski scene was lively, making for a fun, social vibe in the evenings.

Booking ski lessons was a breeze, with options for all skill levels. They capped beginner group classes at about 11 people, so you got good personal attention. The instructors were professional, patient, and super supportive.

While the staff didn’t blow us away with service, the overall experience was comfortable and functional. Little touches, like a New Year’s note and some chocolates in each room, made it feel more personal. This hotel is an excellent pick for a stress-free ski trip. It may not be luxurious, but it’s practical and perfect for families or groups.

Amazing experience, the staff was lovely and the mountain was incredible. Everyone was kind and accommodating, and we had a great time especially thanks to the restaurants and f&b team. Filippo and Leonardo made this trip even better, they were awesome and we can’t wait to return.

Lovely vacation, everyone was really nice and seemed very good at their job— Filippo and Leonardo were great, I highly recommend going to the restaurant (make a reservation) and ordering a nice wine from the very kind and respectful and cute sommelier.
