Ashtanga yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Bikram yoga, Vinyasa yoga, yoga Nidra… Whether you're looking for an intense and energetic approach or a more subtle workout, doing yoga is always a good idea (especially when the classes are held on the beach).

We developed Yoga School with our emblematic partner, Herberson Oliverira, considered as one of the most famous and reputed yoga masters in France and creator of his own yoga method for more than 20 years: the ‘Vibhava Yoga’.

He has put his expertise at the service of GOs who will organize yoga workshops for all levels, meditation, muscle strengthening, soothing back pain, flexibility, detox food.

This method is scalable, adaptable and accessible: everyone can practice it and progress physically and mentally.

The Kids Club has been transformed and is now called Mini Club Med+, redesigned to align with the principles of positive education.
