Turkoise Turks and Caicos

Love this resort! Especially love that it is an ADULTS-ONLY, ALL-INCLUSIVE!! The daily line-up always has something to do!! The entertainment day & night is fun!! The GO's and staff are all so attentive and friendly!!! We love the laid-back, island atmosphere! The grounds are well kept and beautiful and the beach is outstanding!! The food is beyond delicious & plentiful! The rooms could use a little TLC but are sufficient and the mattress is beyond comfy! The maid did a wonderful job of cleaning the room every day! WE CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!!!!!

I have been coming back to Club Med Turkoise for years, and every single time it feels like coming home. There is something truly special about this place: the atmosphere, the people, the energy, and the memories created here make every visit unforgettable.

I would especially like to thank Iara for her incredible professionalism, kindness, availability, and genuine passion. Her dedication and positive attitude make a real difference and are a perfect example of what hospitality should be.

A special mention also goes to Vinicius from the Reception team, who has always been extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. His attention and warmth truly make guests feel taken care of.

I also want to highlight the amazing work of the entire Sailing Team and especially the Circus Team. Thanks to Tom, Hayden, Isa, Bella, and Alex, the shows were absolutely spectacular — performances that genuinely reached a level worthy of the Cirque du Soleil. Their talent, energy, and passion brought so much magic to the evenings.

Thank you to the whole Club Med Turkoise team for continuing to create such a unique place where people feel welcomed, inspired, and at home. I can’t wait to come back again!

This is my second Club Med trip and my first at Turkoise. Another great experience with amazing food, service and many things to do. What sets Club Med apart from other all-inclusives for me is the international feel and the participation of all the other guests. As before, I got to meet many new people. Our last night there, the White Night, was truly an amazing experience. Iara (that's an "i", not an "l") made our stay especially memorable. She was our concierge who treated us like royalty. We decided to extend our trip by a day and she made the whole process effortless. She also helped arrange special seating, a birthday cake, and many other small touches. I also wanted to call out my tennis instructor for the week - Shaquille - who did an amazing job and kept the energy on the court high.

Compared to other resorts of TCI, value is good. The resort though is just like any other island other than the beach! The beach is so beautiful. My husband and I had a wedding ceremony-Just the Two of Us package. It met my expectations for our intimate occasion. We got beautiful pictures without hiring a photographer due to the helpfulness of the GO team! The buildings outside are tired and need an update but the room was clean. The service and GO team are excellent! The food was good and I felt safe for me to eat at the buffet. I have a severe shellfish allergy and I did not have to worry about cross contamination as the food was usually served to you by staff or it was on individual plates and away from other food. This has been a big problem for me at other resorts so for this reason I will be back to this resort. I hope all other club meds handle food like this for those you have food allergies. The drinks were subpar, even pina coladas and margaritas did not taste good most times.
