Cancún Mexico

In all my years of traveling with family and friends, I can say I have never had a better experience then this week, and here’s why, I decided to take a trip with me and my 2 best friends who let’s just say are not the most talkative people, but after a couple of drinks they lightened up and got more extroverted and we just had a blast but the one person who made our vacation the best is Emilio a man who worked in the boutique who by far was the nicest person I think I have met to this day, always helping us out and even giving life advice but goddamn he knows how to party, defiantly a place worth checking out especially if you like to party

The SCUBA crew were very good. Jorge, Paco, Olga, Oscar, Chon, Charles and Monica worked with us to get some dives in every day. Paco gave a checkout dive to some of our family. I was impressed with how clear, professional and thorough he was. The cenote dive is unique and beautiful. I felt very comfortable having Paco guide us through the cenote. The reef not in good shape so don’t expect spectacular reef dives.

In SUMMARY: CONS: Rooms and service people. PROs: Location/beach, entertainment options for adults and kids.Even th we stayed at renovated suites, some basics such as a power outlet in the washroom for hair dryer, a place to hang the hand towel in the powder room, were lacking. a Big PRO: Entertainment crew, shows and overall options for entertainment were fantastic. Activities for kids and family were diverse and numerous. The resort is loated in a beutiful natural beach. Food is ok, nothing notable compared to to other 5 star resort n Mexico, except lots of options for babies and vegan people tho. Service people at bars, restaurant and front desk were less than impressive: they will ignore you, front desk people would not know how the resort functions and are hopeless offering guidance for newbies to Club Med. their mantra would be "check the app... and figure it out yourself.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at Jade and it did not disappoint. The service received by the staff at Jade was outstanding especially by the pool and bar area, and then again especially our favorite bar crew - Daniel, Ademir, Jesus and Marco. Besides always being ready to help or take our requests, they are extremely nice, friendly guys who went above and beyond to make our and the other Jade guests’ stay comfortable.
Our rooms were comfortable. Could they use a bit of updating? Yes, but they were very clean and had all the amenities we needed.
The rest of the resort was quieter than other times we've visited, which we did not mind at all. We loved Taco Arte the best for our breakfast/lunch and had an interesting dinner there. Estancia was ok'ish, and we ended up eating at the main buffet the rest of the nights. Highly recommend the tequila and Mexican wine tastings -- a special shoutout to Juan B., who was very entertaining.
We will definitely be back and are already planning....
