Cancún Mexico

This was our second time to Club Med Cancun, and we can’t say enough about the hospitality, welcoming atmosphere, top notch service, and beautiful people, food, and atmosphere. A special shout out to our favorite bartender Daniel at the AguaMarina pool, and our favorite fitness instructors Nelson and Magali! We had a great time doing pickleball, and our two young children loved Mini club. Thank you to Lou Lou, Pierre, and Ralph for taking great care of our kids and making their trip so special. Thais in kids club was wonderful with our kids too, and we can’t speak highly enough about how safe, kind, and considerate the kids club staff are. Thank you Club Med for another wonderful vacation!

Another beautiful week at Club Med Cancun! Our Superior Room - Ocean Side was very clean. We had the most amazing time with Magali and Nelson at fitness classes. Daniel at the Aguamarina Pool was the best server I've had in a long time. Eventhough some of the facilities were closed since it is low season, everything was perfect. I will be coming back in January and I can't wait!

I must add that the GO Team managed the power outage like absolute pros (90% of Yucatan Peninsula was out of power). Thank you again for everything!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Club Med Cancún! The on-site snorkeling was such a treat—we loved being able to step right into the water and see so much marine life. Evenings were just as special, with Sandry’s entertainment (her Beyoncé performance was a standout!) keeping everyone smiling.

We enjoyed great conversations with Chava, and Daniel at the pool always looked after us so well. Dining was excellent—Chef Roberto’s meals were delicious, and Marcelo, the restaurant manager, made sure we felt cared for, even during the citywide power outage. Katy in the shop was also incredibly helpful and kind whenever we stopped by.

The bartenders deserve a big shoutout too—Angel, Ange, and Daniel kept the drinks coming with such good energy. And outside the resort, Yannik helped us set up a fun excursion, while the Snap Dragon crew gave us an unforgettable day on the water.

Overall, Club Med Cancún exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!
