I have vacationed many times at Club Med Punta Cana, but this time around it was Alan who is the Reception Manager that made the trip memorable. He was very attentive to my requests and went above and beyond in helping provide A-class customer service! Thank you Alan for being so accommodating and I hope to see you again soon maybe in Punta Cana or another Club Med resort!

Stayed at the Tiara, exclusive collection. Location was stunning. The GOs were amazing! They make sure anything you need happens. Shout out to Djenicka, Tito, Jaison, Marshall!!

Special thanks to Donalson, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our trip. Pascale was always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. And Samaroun made our experience even more memorable with their professionalism and warmth.

The resort itself is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the activities kept us entertained every day. We truly felt cared for and will definitely return.

This was our third time visiting Club Med Punta Cana and it never disappoints. The kind and friendly staff are what truly make it stand out well above any other resort we have experienced. Our children (4 and 10) LOVE the kids club. The staff of the kids club are always smiling and making sure the kids are having the best time, all the time! On this trip, Vero Coconut, Ralph and Banana went above and beyond communicating with us and making our boys feel super special. The kids club is what sets this place apart. When we come here it’s the perfect combination of family time and adult time thanks to their hard work and effort to make sure the kids can’t wait to be dropped off to them.

The resort itself is gorgeous. It has been undergoing renovations since they had a fire but it definitely doesn’t take away from the incredible experience. The grounds are stunning and spacious. Has a very authentic Caribbean vibe…it’s not just another hotel.

We look forward to booking our next vacation to return to Club Med Punta Cana!
