For departures up to and including Friday 31 March:
The measures below are only valid if have a flight booked with a stopover in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Doha:
If your Club Med booking includes a flight (package), depending on the airline policy:
- Emirates (EK): cancellations permitted until 15 April, modifications until 31 May
- Etihad (EY): cancellations permitted until 31 March
- Qatar Airways (QR): Free cancellations are possible until 28 March, or changes up to 10 days before the original departure date, currently until 30 April.
You have three options:
- Cancellation at no cost,
- Postponement to a later date at the rate in effect at the time of the change,
- Modification of your itinerary: if you wish to travel with an airline other than Emirates, Qatar Airways or Etihad, a fare difference may apply.
If you have booked a stay-only holiday with Club Med (excluding flights):
- Cancellation free of charge,
Upon presentation of proof that your flight has been cancelled (email or text message from the airline).
