The Valmorel Chalet-Apartments France

Let me just start by saying, we were a group of 65 people, children, teenagers, adults and senior adults.( 3 handicapped seniors) We were received by the Director and the rest of the staff to a wonderful welcome. And from there Alexandre and Alice took over of our care. And from here I saw two absolute professionals who made every one feel special. We just had to ask for something and it was done "tout suite". Chapeau to both of them. Just one word "FORMIDABLE".

We had an incredible family gathering at Club Med in Valmorel, and it was the perfect choice for all of us. From toddlers to adults, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The activities and amenities kept us all entertained and relaxed throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Alexandre and Alice, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Recently enjoyed an amazing stay at Clubmed Valmorel Chalet, which was truly exceptional from arrival to departure. The chalet's attention to detail created a warm, cozy atmosphere, making us feel pampered. The standout was the outstanding service from Beatriz and Lucas, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, enhancing our ski resort experience significantly.

The Valmorel experience was the best we've had in terms of Alpine skiing and vacationing- the food was excellent and plentiful, the staff was extremely helpful, kind, patient, anticipatory of our needs, generous in answering questions. The professionalism all around- from the wait staff in the restaurant to the chalet staff like Ingrid, Jhoiner, and Leonie, as well as the workers who came to replenish supplies in the afternoon and the drivers- was impressive. I'd go back any day. The ski instructors (Rachel and Titoun in particular) were excellent, enthusiastic, and talented at keeping everyone focused and confident. Kevin in the teen room was an excellent help to the kids. Jonathan the manager keeps things running in a top-notch way. We miss it already and can't wait to return.
