At Club Med, we make sure you plan your ski holidays with peace of mind. Your thrill on the slopes is our priority, which is why we include Snow Serenity*.
If 50% of the ski lifts close due to a lack of snow for 2 consecutive days in the resort where you are about to stay or during your stay, you can request to be accommodated in a Club Med Resort where the snow is more abundant, subject to availability.

*Conditions of Snow Serenity by Club Med
Within the 5 days before your departure or during your stay, you can request to be accommodated in another of our 14 Resorts in the Alps. Your initial stay will be modified at no cost under following conditions:

• Subject to availability in the replacement Resort
• Same week and same length of stay, same room category, depending on availability
• No additional charges if the new stay is more expensive
• Refund of the price difference if the new stay is less expensive
  (Refund of additional or à la carte services if they are not available in the new Resort)
• The availability of additional or à la carte services, including Baby Club Med and Petit Club Med, is not guaranteed
• Eventual flight modification fees and transfers to the new resort are at your own expense

Lessons are included from age 4

• Your children have direct access to the snow garden*, a dedicated area in front of the Resort where they can learn to ski in complete safety.
• Ski lessons (from age 4) included for easy learning at no extra cost.

• Amazing Family: share fun, family moments together, and enjoy the pleasures of the snow (snowman building, snowball fights...).
