La Pointe aux Canonniers

The experience was amazing and I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for outstanding service where you are treated like family. A special shout out to Jabeel and Jason for their excellent service. All staff were excellent from day one. You will not go wrong by visiting this resort. I would certainly visit again.

Our family had a memorable stay at the resort making many once in a life time memories. The entertainment, aqua aerobics, beaches, pools and food were top notch.
The location is just amazing!!

A special shout out to some staff who went above and beyond, Jason for organising the rugby game for us! And Reezy for the warm welcoming and advice on resort options going forward.

The only negatives would be that majority of the communication is in French, including the kids club which resulted in our kids only spending a few hours there.
Certain members at reception were not always helpful and when asked questions would stare blankly at you.

All in all we had an amazing holiday, filled with lots of laughter and fun. I would definitely recommmend the resort to family and friends with children.

We (a family of 4) spent a wonderful 10 days at Club Med Pointe Aux Canonniers. The food, activities and facilities were all excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful but Waheeza (housekeeping), Jaimie (Alma), Reezy (Reception) and Yaya (Kids Club) made it a truly memorable experience.
