Magna Marbella Spain

We travelled with 3 children under 5 and had a lovely relaxing time 😁 The childcare, particularly for the younger two is first class, the facilities are amazing, the hotel is modern, the food is outstanding, we really couldn’t fault our holiday. We had one request whilst there which Arturo deal with straight away. A great family holiday which we would thoroughly recommend.

My family and I have enjoyed a wonderful week at Magna Marbella.
I travelled with my husband and 3 daughters who are 10, 15 and 17 years old.
As well as my father in law and two brothers in law. So in total, 5 adults and 3 young people.
We have enjoyed the wonderful weather, facilities and great F&B offering.
Above all else, we have loved:
1 - Wonderful service all around with a special shout out to the ladies at the Gourmet restaurant who know their customers well and Cisse in the Reception team for his fabulous Customer service.
2 - the Kids and Teens clubs. We have hardly seen our 10 and 15 year old daughters who had an incredible week. Our 10 year old sings the praises of Cacahuète (Enzo) who looked after her age group and made her laugh ALL the time. In the space of 6 days, she went from 'absolutely not wanting to join' to 'absolutely not wanting to leave' - a dramatic improvement!
3 - the fitness classes which we all adults have joined - from 17 years old to 75 year old. We have all loved the wide range of classes on offer and really enjoyed being taught by Nelson and JC as well as the Tennis coaches - thanks to whom we are much fitter and have learnt many new techniques.
4 - the Circus school which enabled us to stretch to the limits of our physical abilities in a super safe environment.
We hope to visit soon again.

This is our second trip to this club in less than six months. We obviously liked a lot of aspects,and, this is what made us decide to come back. Its sad that the former chef du village left, and, both the interim chef du village, and, the new chef du village left a lot to be desired. I do understand its a transitioning period, but, the club felt "broken" as a result, especially when comparing with our previous stay. It was great tot see friendly familiar faces that recognized us, and, these made our stay even more special, thus, I would like to personally thank you some by name: Barbara (Brazilian) from Mini-Club. She's outstanding and provided the best experience a GO could provide!!! Hugo (Portuguese) from sports was friendly and fun, was great to have him around. The DJ who also teaches the Thursday drumming class is a super friendly, patient and engaged GO. The Circus manager is a very nice, positive and patient GO, was very happy he was still there, all four of them deserve top recognition. The staff on the restaurant on the top level were amazing. (Chefs and service staff did an amazing job, attended to our requests and did so in a pleasant way. I wish I knew their names to thank them personally too. I Believe there's a lady in reception named Vanessa, blonde, she also was very friendly, and, remembered us during our check in, and was always positive. On the main restaurant, the Portuguese ladies and the Brazilian lady in the deserts were also great and attentive/friendly. Also, the pasta station employee, always engaged. The room, despite being simple was amazing. bed quality second to none! I understand this is a French "environment" but, English and/or Spanish and/or other languages should be more welcome. One feels left out if he/she does not speak french. We knew that coming back, but still bothers us.

Definitely one of the best family vacations we ever had.
The whole atmosphere and staff are truly amazing.
The Spa, pools, and activities were spectacular.

We have two kids 14 & 10, and they had the greatest time.
There are clubs for all ages during the day and at night.

A special shout out to Ambre, Paul and Eden from the circus team that should the most amazing patients with our kids to help them get over their fears for the trapeze.

We have been to this Club 4 times it’s very good, excellent facilities great food and a great location. We go to Club Med for the Club Med experience and to be with fellow Club Med guests. For our full 10 days there were are group of 200 corporate guests there that greatly negatively impacted on our stay, they didn’t integrate, follow any of the dress codes or join in with the shows or activities and dominated at breakfast and dinner sitting in large loud groups. Had we known before hand of this arrangement we would not have gone it’s supposed to be a Club Med holiday not a corporate away week, May other guests expressed the same view, much brand damage was done by this arrangement and it detracted from our experience
