Your arrival & Check-in
When you arrive at the Resort, our G.O® team will welcome you with a smile from 3pm. For early arrivals, lunch can be provided*.

At the Resort reception desk, you'll pick up your Club Med digital bracelet (or Club Med Pass* card), which you'll use as a room key and as a means of payment for à la carte services.
Via your customer account, before your stay, or on arrival at the Resort, you can enter your bank details to use your bracelet throughout your stay.

Your arrival at the Resort
At Club Med, the main arrival day is Sunday. Perfect for avoiding traffic jams!
- If you have booked a stay without transport, we can organize your transfer* from the nearest train station or airport to the Resort.
- When you arrive at the Resort, our G.O® team welcomes you with a smile from 3pm.
- For early arrivals, lunch can be provided*.
- Your ski pass is valid from the day after your arrival.

Check-in
- At the Resort reception desk, you'll pick up everything you need for your stay: your ski pass and your Club Med digital bracelet (or Club Med Pass* card), which will serve as your room key, ski locker key and means of payment for à la carte services.
- On the My Club App or in your online customer account, you'll find the various "Facilitate your arrival" forms. These allow you to prepare your check-in online before your stay, from home.

- As soon as you arrive, you can open an account at reception with an international credit card.
- The Club Med digital bracelet (or Club Med Pass** card) allows you to pay for your à la carte services (Spa treatments, boutique purchases, etc.) with complete freedom. The amount of your purchases will be automatically transferred to your in-Resort account, allowing you to pay for everything at the end of your stay.
- As part of our "Facilitate your arrival" service, you can register your bank details in advance of your stay, to save time when you arrive and depart.

Your equipment
At the Club Med® Ski Pro Shop, you can rent your winter sports equipment in a real store, located within the resort, and benefit from the advice of our G.O®.
You will be offered ski and snowboard equipment adapted to your level, selected from the latest models and the best brands on the market, renewed every year.
If you used the "Facilitate your arrival" service, your equipment is already waiting for you in your ski locker in the Ski Room!

All your meals are included in your all-inclusive package: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack breaks.
- Various buffets: traditional cuisine, world flavors or specialties

If you are coming by car, remember to reserve a parking space* via your customer account. Electric charging stations are available.**

On the My Club App or in your online customer account, you'll find the "Facilitate your arrival" form. It allows you to prepare your check-in before your stay.
At the Resort reception desk, pick up your Club Med digital wristband, which will serve as your room key as well as a means of payment for à la carte services.

Registration is stress-free at Club Med! For children's clubs, remember to fill in the "Facilitate your arrival" form before your stay, from the comfort of your sofa, and complete the registration with the children's club when you arrive at the resort.
For cycling and hiking outings, go to the mountain activities counter or the My Club Med app to book your slot the day before your outing.
Your equipment
Sports equipment is available for free at our Resorts for the activities proposed in our all-inclusive offer. Pack light and enjoy the great outdoors!
