I had an amazing stay at this ski hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and breathtaking views all around. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect atmosphere to relax after a day on the mountain.

The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The bar was a highlight of my stay, with a great selection of drinks and a warm, inviting ambiance. A special shoutout to Eden, who went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcome. Her kindness and professionalism made my evenings at the bar unforgettable.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return for another ski trip!

Best food, great location with ski-in/ski-out, awesome service staff from the moment you step into the reception and never a dull moment with almost round the clock planned activities from Muscle awakening stretches at 8am till dance parties at 3am. Then repeat!

Special call out to Zhanna at Welcome service team at reception, Yensin who manages wall climbing and morning hikes, and Camille Cordier, fitness instructor who is talented, helpful and always smiling.

This was second time visit and didn't feel as good this time even though paid more than last year had basic basic room no balcony this time I felt ski instructors wasn't as friendly this year and wasn't aloud to have late check out as they said didn't let us know 24hr before but wasn't made aware that I needed to do this so we had a late pick up on last day and went skiing and when came back in there was no where to get showered or freshened up so had to make do in public toilet which wasn't ideal and also this is just my option as so tired if ski in morning and afternoon and then come in shower have food it just seems very late nearly 10pm before entertainment starts which we never made it up to and felt missed out on this

An amazing time with club med! The staff was so friendly and everyone was very welcoming.

We went on opening week and skiing here was terrific. The resort was not crowded at all and there weren’t any long lines for the lifts. The lessons were also incredible- we skied with Etienne and we loved our group. He taught us a lot and we all improved over the course of the week.

The entire experience was so convenient and easy. You had everything at your fingertips within the club med resort. However, there wasn’t much to do other than ski. Especially since we went very early in the season, a lot of the shops/ restaurants in the town were not open yet.

The food at Club Med was also great- the buffets were endless. Our only suggestion would be to provide snacks for in between meal times or at night. Takeaway containers at the buffet could also be helpful.

Overall we had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

First time at a club med and not disappointed by the level of space , standard of service and the food / drink options. Always came back to the hotel for lunch so never carried any money with me. Blue fin tuna on the menu on two nights fantastic thanks Christian.
