Me and my sister have not skied in a while so we decided to take a private lesson with Mersila, and in only 3 sessions me and my sister’s skiing technique has improved. We are so grateful that we have met Mersila because she is inspiring, charismatic and an amazing teacher. Our passion for skiing has grown so much since skiing with Mersila, we are definitely coming back soon.

The first day I arrived in this hotel I met a wonderful lady named Mersila. She has such a wonderful pure heart when I took a private lesson with her I have grown as a skier learnt many skills from her and on top of that she is patient, clear and experienced and she is such a fun teacher every lesson I had with her I always came back with a smile and a great time. She’s honestly everything a teacher can be she is truly amazing. I have never met a teacher as amazing as her so thank you Mersila. I will definitely come back to visit because of you. Emilia ❤️❤️

I can say with a high level of certainty that this has to be one of the best Club med resorts that we’ve visited during the past year.

The main attraction of the facility would be without a doubt, the bar area. A wide and cozy space along with comfy cushions and a view that overlooks the entire resort that is absolutely breathtaking.
The bartenders were polite and had a light-hearted mood, especially Kyle who always greeted us warmly and even made dozens of his “off-the-menu” cocktail specials 🍹🍹
The bar manager, Hakim, was also kind and professional. He’s a natural conversation starter and it had been a pleasure to speak with him throughout the day while having an evening drink. 🥃

Even though it was our first time doing any kind of winter sport, our teacher Mike, helped us significantly in getting over that difficult wall of mastering the snowboards. 🏂
Unlike any other teachers in the resort who were mostly chatting with other staff members, Mike was engaging and had put more attention to detail on our mistakes. He was like our personal trainer and we could easily ride down the beginner course in a few days!

I personally recommend the Onsen (Ofuro or Japanese hot springs), the perfect haven to relax after a long day in the battlefield, that is, in the snow. ♨️

The G.Os were quite friendly too 😁Although I couldn’t get the chance to meet most of them, two particular G.Os, Nico and Barto became our best buddies. Respectful as they were, they had also opened up their more of their humorous side, cracking up jokes every once in a while and laughing our arses off each time.

However I do have a few complaints. Firstly, I think that some of the shows are quite childish and sometimes inappropriate. For example: during the music variety show, I noticed that most of the performers weren’t singing and didn’t make an effort to even dance. The mood was very unenthusiastic and that was when I lost my interest.
I would much prefer if they hired local guitarists/pianists to perform songs requested by the audience.

Secondly, I did not like how the restaurant was separated into two main sections. This made it very tedious to get food from place to the other and was tiring, especially right after a morning session of snowboarding.

Besides these complaints, I am confident to say that we genuinely had a great time.

We stay there often and this time the service in the restaurant was excellent. Strong leadership of rakesh is key but I was amazed to see gohkan from turkey who was working so fast and so hard he was an example of what excellence and dedication can be! We enjoyed ourselves very much. Small note to make sure not to checkout at unearthly hours. Otherwise be prepared to fork out hundreds of dollars for a private taxi to take you to the airport, which was what happened to me.
