Punta Cana Dominican Republic

We've had a great time at Club Med Punta Cana. Special thanks to Wolson at the water sports centre for being a patient, kind and thorough teacher. The sailing and kayaking are fantastic and my family's favourite set of activities.

We stayed at the the ZenOasis part of the resort, the room was good but the bed was a bit too hard, the food was good and deserts excellent, good variety and selection. Beach was cleaned daily and we found a quiet spot near water.The staff was kind and attentive (vast majority).

We had an absolutely amazing family trip to Club Med Punta Cana with our 3 kids for 5 nights - ages 8,6 and 4. This was our first family trip overseas and we could not have asked for a better experience. The food had a lot of variety and was very good, the property was beautiful and well-maintained, the rooms were very nice (we were in the Tiara exclusive collection room 930 which is a 3 bedroom - perfect one for a family of 5 or more. It’s great because it is right by a private beach entrance and secluded : far away from the action).
What really made this place stand out was the staff - we got 5 star service the entire time! Cristelle was so responsive and helpful - she is the Tiara manager (if you have the ability to book a Tiara room, highly recommend as it comes with access to the Tiara lounge which is so convenient when you don’t want to go too far for a snack or want to be at a smaller less crowded pool). You also get access to the concierge WhatsApp and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
Also Marshall, Djenica, And Yves Junior at the Tiara were so kind, responsive and helpful to the myriad of requests we had on our first family trip.
Also wanted to give a shout out to Yelson at the bar at the Tiara lounge who made delicious drinks and offered to bring them over to the pool.
The big highlight for the kids was the kids club - Charlotte is the family manager and was so warm and welcoming when we arrived that we immediately felt at ease leaving our kids at the club. My 8 and 6 year olds LOVED the club. The reason we came to club med was that we were told the kids club is one kids actually want to stay at and it’s absolutely true. All the staff there was super high energy and very warm - always entertaining the kids and making sure they were having a good time). The structure was nice for part of the day so I highly recommend the kids club.
Kids outside most of the day and absolutely no video games or screen time like in other kids clubs.
We loved Junior. Especially recommend the circus - Manu and Arkady were amazing - both for kids and adults.
For food we tried all 3 restaurants and did room service - food great in all places and they accommodated kids requests at Indigo even though it was a sit down restaurant.

Can't recommend this place highly enough! We will be back!

We would rate this stay as our best ever at any of the 15 ClubMed resorts that we have visited! We had an incredibly positive experience lodging at Tiara in the Exclusive Collection. It is a beautiful, serene complex that we will always fondly remember. Our lovely room overlooked the infinity pool and the gorgeous Caribbean. It had a bar area, a terrace and a room for the breakfast service. As if that wasn't enough, the Tiara GO's were amazing, enhancing the memory even more. The manager, Bryan, took such great care of any request punctually with professionalism and kindness. Additionally, we must mention Cristelle, who reported to the Chief. She had responsibility for Tiara as well as other duties in the Village. She is an incredible, talented, gifted young lady. We loved seeing her perform at the weekly Tiara cocktail party. It showcased her talent and friendly personality. Thank you, Bryan and Cristelle, for making our Tiara vacation so enjoyable!
