Turkoise Turks and Caicos

Eric the sailor was really really nice and helpful with the sailing sessions. He went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable with sailing, and offered to take our pictures so we can remember our experience. We met Eric when he joined us at our dinner table and told us all about sailing and told us how to sign up for lessons.

The trapeze team here is top-notch!!!! Jake, Jacob, Morgan, Elise, and Mason work so hard all day long to ensure that guests have an amazing trapeze experience. They are encouraging, friendly, provide helpful instructions, and take safety seriously. Guests feel safe, comfortable trying something new, and are actually taught to improve their skills. When the team isn't working the trapeze, they are working on their impressive, high-energy performances. These people work from morning to late-night and are passionate about creating good, positive experiences for their guests! Thanks for everything!!

Love Club Med and have been to many Western Hemisphere sites, including Turks. Tennis activities here were excellent with special shout out to Max and Joel who expertly managed a large group of players with continual well planned and explained drills that kept everyone fully engaged. Friendly and helpful, just a great combo.

Another shout out to Sharkies cook who pumps out the best omelettes all morning!

My one minor complaint is the at I feel the food quality is slipping. Felt this way last year at Ixstapa club med and it continued this year at Turks. One of the meaningful differences between CM and other all inclusives is the quality of the food. So CM should be concerned.

The circus team is amazing. Mason, Jacob, Jake, Morgan and Elise truly go out of their way to make it a wonderful experience. From the gym, Simone was so accommodating with my sore shoulders:-) From the spa, Nicholas was extremely helpful. Larissa was so sweet with all of our tasting requests with the gelato/sorbet. Molly was great with the drinks from the bar. I also enjoyed when Caroline (or Carolina?) from HR joined me on the trapeze. She made me feel welcome.

Raffa and the sailing team were excellent. Erik , nate, Loic, & Will provided excellent service & friendship.
Pam Yan is great, I will miss her and her efforts to support my trip. The bar team was great -Isabell, Mia, Andie, Molly. Alex, Kelly - all great.
Max was great and super attentive throughout my visit.
Sophie is the bomb !!! The restaurant staff is also excellent- the standouts foe me are Trovia, Rose, Arnie, Christina (the best omlettes) Brenda, joss, Sem , Luxon - all great and friendly … Fernanda (both of them) and Carmem were super friendly as well - a pleasure to be around. Dorsi was also great and supportive….
