The adults & kids alike felt young throughout our vacay. This is our 2nd Club Med experience & it surely didn’t disappoint. Love the Club Med spirit. The GOs were extremely friendly & helpful throughout our stay. All our 3 kids throughly enjoyed the TeensClub, MiniClub & PetiteClub and made new friends. There was a wide range of sporting facilities, classes & food selection. However, the beef & fish had a chewy texture. Love the small but private beach which is only a stone’s throw from our room. Beach was clean & the sand was soft & fine. Rooms were very spacious & beds were comfy. However, this resort could definitely do with some renovation as it was a little run down & we could see cracks in the ceilings, etc. We will definitely check out other Club Med resorts in future. Our family is a big fan of the Club Med brand for all it has to offer and the impeccable service from all the GOs and waiters. Thanks so much for making our vacay truly memorable & fun!

All the G.O. are the friendliest people you will ever meet. They always greet you with respect and care for us by asking how our day has been. The activities are endless such as sports, night activities, events, entertainment shows etc. You will need more than a week to complete it all. Even if you do not know how to play a sport, the friendly G.O will guide you from the start till the end. Their energy is infinite as I see them vibing day and night like there’s no tomorrow. One highlight is definitely the circus show that happens every week, showcasing the wonderful talents that the G.Os of Club Med Bintan Island has to offer. A very big shoutout to G.O. Berta who warmly welcomed me and my friends! She was very friendly and kind (and quite pretty!) which had me stoked for the rest of my stay. Another big thank you to G.O. Ritchie (I’m not sure how to spell his name) who choreographed a lot of the dancing during the night shows. Lastly, a big thank you to G.O. Mitch whom I met during my Archery session in the afternoon. His unmatched humour paired with his outgoing personality had me in stitches. However, with pros come cons. While the hospitality was literally the best in the world, I can’t say the same for the food. Dishes such as the pork and beef were mostly tough and difficult to chew and swallow while the chicken was really dry. With cases like these, the choice of protein is really limited. Yet other food items such as the gelato station was exceptional. If solids don’t satisfy your tummy cravings, the bar is your next best alternative! Their bars are fully stocked with bartenders making any drink you want! Free flow alcohol might I add! Overall, my 4D3N stay has been nothing short of wonderful. One thing I will recommend to others is to avoid coming during Indonesia’s monsoon season as the sea sports were cancelled indefinitely with tall waves hitting the beach 24/7. But they strong gusts of wind is very cooling

The stay was great. The hotel in general looked slightly dated, however the staff were always friendly and very helpful. Special mention to Ms. Sentha who went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time.
The all-inclusive was really good, with the variety of food at the restaurant, free flow drinks at the bar.
Overall, great stay. But really need some maintenance and upgrading works needs to be carried out, specially the building wall looks dirty

Excellent club led by a great leadership and so lively this place! GO are really working their way out to keep all of us entertained! All staffs are so talented!

The best experience was with the Trapeze. Ally, Sandy, Edo, Hendry, Edo and Holly. They were professional and friendly. I would come back to Club Med Bintang because of them. The food was great. Accommodation was excellent. I enjoyed the golf too with the two instructors. The shows were great. Peddle tennis was fun. the waiter and waitresses were helpful and friendly.
