Our family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for all the staffs at Club Med Bali. Particularly G.O.s like Zee, Jaka, Oka was incredibly friendly and proactive in building a rapport with us.

The atmosphere during our sports activities, especially when we played padel ball, golf and tennis together, was fun and unforgettable. This made our vacation truly enjoyable, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.

appreciate also the support amidst the return flight cancellation and how you were very reassuring allowing us to relax until the end of our stay!

It was my first experience at Club Med Bali, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The stay was wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing, with a beautiful beach, warm sunshine, and incredibly friendly people who make the experience even more special.

The resort is only about a 20-minute drive from airport, which makes the journey from the airport to the resort very easy and comfortable.

Even though it was the rainy season, I actually enjoyed the cooler and more relaxed weather. It was the perfect excuse to slow down, unwind, and spend time relaxing around the bar while enjoying the laid-back island vibe.

A big thank you to the reception team for always being welcoming, attentive, and ready to assist with any requests throughout our stay. I would also like to compliment the Food & Beverage team for the delicious food at Agung Restaurant and the great drinks served at the Main Bar and Zen Pool.

One of my favorite spots in the resort is definitely the Zen Pool. I really love the concept. it’s peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind.

Overall, it was a fantastic first Club Med experience, and I would definitely love to come back again.

My second time at Club Med Bali was such a lovely experience. The resort has a beautiful atmosphere where it’s easy to relax, enjoy the surroundings, and simply have a great holiday. What made the trip even more special was the people I met during my stay.

A big thank you to Remy for the warm welcome and for making guests feel comfortable from the very beginning. Your kindness and friendliness really set the tone for the whole stay.

Shoutout as well to the bar team, Wahyu and Surya, who always brought great energy along with amazing drinks. The evenings at the bar were definitely one of the highlights of the trip.

Also a special thanks to Kelvin at the Chinese restaurant for the great service and delicious food — it was always a pleasure dining there.
