
Plan your arrival at the Resort
What you need to know:
We can organize your transfer* from the nearest train station or airport to the Resort. Book the round-trip transfer with your stay.
If you are bringing your own vehicle to the Resort, all our mountain Resorts have parking facilities, so you can reserve your parking space* in advance of your stay.
Subject to availability, you can reserve a parking space* at reception once you've arrived.

Facilitate your arrival
On the My Club App or in your online customer account, you'll find the various Easy arrival forms. You'll be able to:
Finalize the rental of your ski/snowboard equipment by entering your height, weight... so that your equipment is ready for you on arrival, directly in your ski locker in the Ski Room.
Register each member who wishes to take advantage of ski/snowboard lessons and indicate their level, language spoken... to ensure that a place is reserved for them.
Enter your arrival and departure times at the nearest train station or airport, so that the Resort can organize your transfer to and from the Resort.
Provide all information relating to your children: allergies, nap times, language(s) spoken... so that our GOs are ready to welcome them in their children's clubs and take good care of them.
Register your banking details to activate payment via the Club Med bracelet throughout your stay, expenses will be debited directly from your bank account at check-out.
These forms are available as soon as you book and up to 2 days before your arrival, so that the G.O® can prepare your stay in the best possible way. Peace of mind and time savings guaranteed.
